We love subway but this location is TERRIBLE. Terrible service and super slow. Gudbir or whatever her name is is SO RUDE to customers, she needs to realize these are customers, you are here to serve not us here to make YOUR life easier. She just smooshes sandwiches up and doesn't bother to neatly close them with a knife like other locations. You're much better off eating elsewhere than this location!! read more

Terrible. Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and both were not tasting fresh. Employees are not friendly. We wanted cheddar cheese and she insisted us to take mozzarella. She wrapped the sandwich in single subway paper and it just fell apart. They have only 2 tables inside and they do t even clean it. No wonder it has only 1.5 stars in Yelp. Pretty standard Subway in every way. Huge food court so there's plentiful seating (around the corner). Probably one of your better food options here at the outlets. Some of the other places seem a little hotplate steamtray not-fab. read more

When we got to Subway the gentleman was very rude. Wouldn't stop addressing all of us by "bro" and was very impatient. Instead of helping the individual at a time he kept on yelling and would show his frustration. I told him to take him time and slow down. We are not in a rush and the only people here. After the worst experience he told us he would only ring us up as one big order which made it difficult for use since that was never our plan. When I signed the receipt he threw the pen at me twice. This place does not deserve a star. I should have walked out after waiting 15 minutes to order. Asked for a foot long on white and was told they were out of white bread! Really? No white bread? So I get wheat. The girl making the sandwich only put 4 pieces of turkey on my foot long sandwich then asked me about cheese. Asked for Swiss. She looks at all the cheeses before I have to tell her it's the one with holes in it. She grabs the last piece of Swiss holds it up and says "this is the last piece". I finished up my sandwich lettuce that was browning on the ends and some soft cucumbers. When I asked for honey mustard dressing at the end, the girl looked confused again. Un real. So I get my sons ham sandwich. Pretty simple. Ham, bacon and bread. So I pay, go sit down and eat. My son spits the ham out and said it was sour. I drink the soda and it's flat. So I walk back in and ask for a refund just on the soda. Manuel says he would be right with me. I wait and then he tells me I can have a refill. I told him I want a refund because all of the soda is flat and there is no iced tea made. He asked me what soda was out and I told him again they all are flat and I want a refund. He gets irritated/overwhelmed and walked to the back, came back to the front and said all of the soda was working fine. It wasn't. They all were flat. No carbonation you idiot! I again asked for a refund. Manuel now tells me I have had my drink for an hour and he can't give me a refund! What! It was 15 minutes since I had paid! Then Manuel tells me he is not authorized to issue me a refund! What a joke. This place has horrible customer service, horrible food! I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge and I will call subway cooperate office and file a complaint. This place is horrible. First door you come to is locked and does not have a sign to use the other door. When you get inside it is super small. People are basically standing on top of you. The servers are not well versed on the menu. I heard them ask multiple times what was supposed to be on a sandwich and even if the customer told them the bread they asked again. They are skimpy on the amounts they give you. When we got to the sodas they were empty on all of them. When we advised them they did do anything to fix it. This is supposed an upscale shopping area, this subway does not fit in. read more

Staff wasn't very friendly. Asked what kind of bread I wanted and she put it on the counter.. a fly landed on it and didn't move until she saw it and swiped it then asked me "what kind of cheese?" I asked if I could have new bread and she rudely responded "YES OK." She took the old piece of bread and put it back where all the other fresh bread was. We had three sandwiches, all were made with perfectly. This place seems like very nice. The guy who made our sandwiches, was really polite. I had left my shopping bag in their store, and had no idea that I have forgotten it. He was able to find us and returned our stuff. We had about $400 worth shoes and glasses in it. read more

Horrible customer service !! They don't even greet you When you come in. Also it's not hard to make sandwiches and take orders. They are so slow at making sandwiches and have Flies flying around the veggies. They Indian guy was on his Bluetooth the whole time he was taking orders and making the food. Other lady which is the mom of the Indian guy doesn't look like she wants to be there. TERRIBLE! I am an employee at the outlets and I HATE coming here, but sometimes it is my only option. The staff is ALWAYS rude and slow. Every time I am here I spend over half my lunch in line. Once I came on my lunch and they had a "closed for lunch sign" but they were making a sandwich for another girl costumer. When I knocked on the door they had the girl costumer open it and tell me to come back later, when I pleaded with them to make my sandwich because I was hungry and pregnant at the time they were very upset and again rude. When I went in it was clear they knew the other costumer and of course she got special treatment which is great for her I guess. Their doors are always locked and when there isn't a line, like on week days, there is never anyone in the front of the restaurant, so you're stuck standing there like an idiot. Very disappointed in the staff. Their ice maker was broken, which normally would be no problem, but they continued to sell us fountain drinks. Then acted like we were in the wrong when asking for a refund on the drinks due to no ice. Oh well, we just were not impressed with the service and attitudes of those working. read more
