I have a soft spot for Arby's and we don't have one anywhere near where we live (probably a good thing). We were heading back from Disney and stopped here for lunch. Corinna took our order and she was absolutely lovely. Lunch was piping hot and delicious. Beef and cheddar, curly fries, and potato triangles for the win (except the mini ham sammie, I'd skip that one the ham tasted chemically). Ok. The problem with this Arby's is that a few flies seem to hover here which begs to question the cleanliness. The other problem is that they were out of curly fries and it wasn't even dinner time yet! On top of that, they were also out of Arby's sauce. The service is Californian aloof with ADD but friendly. Music not too loud which is good and there is a TV with sports channels. Restroom is a 3/5. Not horrible but could be cleaner. I had the Arby's Classic roast beef and cheese and thank god there was the horsey sauce to boot. The meat was good but the bun was a tad stale. All in all there were some downers today and even my soft Arby's bun (which I love!!) was slightly borderline moldy..not green moldy but when it gets powdery white ish on the crust. AND they were out of too many different key sales items. But hey I love Arby's so I ain't gonna get all foodie Nazi about it. But if staff just acted a little less flakey (ie don't act like you're stoned and be a little more focused and in the moment when you have a customer--save your daydreaming during down time after cleaning up the tables and bathroom) and if this place keeps the food slightly fresher and fully stocked, this would easily be a 5 star Arby's place. I will come here again because this is pretty much the ONLY Arby's between Sacramento and Los Angeles. PS. Although the staff "acted flakey" the service was timely and what I asked for so the actual delivery wasn't flakey. I'm just suggesting they act more engaging in general towards customers. It matters most of us have driven a long distance so a little smile and eye contact gives assurance that you have our back in the strange place we are parked in. read more

It's an Arby's, so it is basically what you expect. Tried the wagyu burger large combo - curly fries, orange cream shake. (Wagyu burger and Orange cream shake are for a limited time). Ordered a regular wagyu, but was charged for and got the one with bacon and ranch. The orange cream shake was delicious (basically tastes like a creamsicle). The wagyu burger was decent too, especially for the price (the large combo was $14.49 +$1 shake upgrade). The curly fries were crunchy and yummy... especially with my preferred mix of the ketchup and Arby's sauce. My kids tried Arby's for the first time and were happy. They enjoyed their hush puppy fish and beef and cheddar sandwich along with crinkle fries. The women's room was a bit of a mess - the handicap stall had paper littered everywhere. But the toilets, sinks, and paper towels are touchless, so that was nice. My husband said the men's room was clean though. Oh, and the water was drinkable... so that is a bonus! Went in to this Arby's yesterday for lunch and was surprised to see one employee, working alone. Whoever owns this location needs to do better. That one employee, Jorge, was amazing. He took drive thru orders, counter orders, dropped food in the fryers, made sandwiches, refilled condiments and bantered with the half dozen customers waiting inside for their orders. We didn't wait long. Polite, professional, hard working, uncomplaining, I hope the owners of this location realize what a gem they have in this employee. We've been through the drive thru twice now and each time the service has been slooow. The associates there don't seem too jazzed to see you either. The food was good both times but I will say they really threw together the sandwiches which doesn't make the amount of time they took with an empty drive thru make sense but I guess it is what it is. Ugh i love Arby's! I haven't been to one in years & was hoping they had something gluten free for me (they used to have salads & baked potatoes) but they don't. Asked if they had gluten free buns, but again, no. They don't. What's going on, Arby's? Step up your game! Us gluten-free people love your food too! Step up your game and PLEASE make salads a thing again, or at LEAST have gluten free buns and bread available so we can eat! 5 stars anyway because hubby LOVED his market fresh sandwich (so much so that we went there TWICE. Once before hitting the outlets and another after shopping.) Also Arby's makes the BEST tasting shakes for any fast food place we've been to so far and you can fight me on this. GM Jorge runs a tight crew at this Arby's location. This restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. Upon entering, they had staff cleaning the bathroom, sweeping the dining room, and cleaning the kitchen. This is a sign not often seen at a fast food restaurant. The team is efficient, gets your food to you fresh and fast, and is clean and organized. They also play a great playlist with a variety of songs that makes the visit relaxing and enjoyable. This team deserves a raise and would be a great training facility for other locations! read more

An awkward location to get into, which is beneficial because it wasn't as packed as other restaurants around. First priority for the traveler: the men and women's bathrooms were fairly clean and functional. The food line moved fast and our family's order was ready in 5 minutes. To our sadness, there were no Arby sauce packets, which is the first time we've encountered that at Arby's; just a sign of the times. We ate in our car in the parking lot. I Arby's... I have eaten at various locations, over the years. Sorry to see them disappear. I was happy to see this one close to the Tejón Outlets. The place was bright & clean. When asked, the staff was able to offer suggestions. There is always some type of new menu promotions. The Smokehouse sandwich was great and the curly fries. My son ordered the mozzarella sticks, he didn't like the texture. Surprised, I took a bite. The texture, taste, and appearance was that of cream cheese. I hadn't been to an Arby's for over a decade but this outpost of the franchise was better than the Arby's I remembered. Their roast beef isn't going to win any culinary awards, but it's delicious in it's own right. Thinly sliced, salty, and beefy - ready to be amped up in flavor with their signature Arby's and horsey sauces. The soft bun pairs perfectly to make a delicious fast food sandwich. They fried my potato cakes up fresh (I prefer these to the curly fries - they're essentially hashbrown patties) and were crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. This location was also a welcome respite from the 5 freeway drive. Friendly service, clean and spacious dining room, and no wading through throngs of hungry travelers. I'd gladly stop here again. Prices were on the higher end for fast food, but given the fresh prep, professional staff, and comfortable environment, the cost seemed justified. read more

I was on my way home from Northern California and needed to stop for gas. After stopping at the gas station I decided that I needed to eat as well. His name was Michael. This review is mostly for him. The food was good, bun was fresh and very soft. There was a good amount of roast beef, honestly I think I stopped going to Arby's was because the prices had gone up, and the quality had gone down. But, it was a tasty lunch and I was happy with my selection. Ok now, back to the reason for why I am writing this... Michael! I had ordered an iced tea and he made it a point to tell me about the amount of ice he was putting in my cup, because he didn't want it to melt and water it down, but he didn't want me to be upset either! Wow! Who goes out of their way to do that?! While my food was being prepared he made small talk with me, and honestly after being on the road for 7 hours so far, I welcomed the conversation. With the same mega chains of fast food repeating on the I-5 north and south this Arby's stands out as a great change of pace option. From LA to SF there are only 2 Arby's that I know of and I visit both. The roast beef sandwiches are awesome and huge. Don't forget the horsey sauce! And be sure to check out the onion rings... woah. My wife and I usually love Arby's, and went out of our way to search for one during a recent road trip. We will never go to this location again. Soon after arriving, we were told they were out of roast beef, their signature menu item! The service was super slow (in spite of the six employees on duty), and some of the workers looked like they would rather be anywhere else. The entire place was dirty, which was unfortunate as the kitchen was completely open to customer's view. They waited till the trash was overflowing from the trash cans to empty it.
