Not bad for fast food Philly Cheesesteak joint along hwy 5. We passed by here as it was close to the Tesla Supercharger stalls. We wanted something quick to eat before hitting the road. This was next to Jamba Juice, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin Robins in the same store. Plenty of seats. Lady took our order, not the most smiley friendliest cashier but all business, got our order down. Food came out somewhat fast. Ordered a large Philly Cheesesteak and had them cut in half. It had a lot of meat and cheese. Tasted good to me. Ordered potato wedges with real bacon bits and cheese. Heading home from SoCal I needed a quick bite so I stopped off at Charley's. I ordered one of their specials, the $7.99 small chicken sub and fries. I went for the buffalo sub. The girls working the register and grill were friendly and efficient. The food came out pretty quickly and was fresh when it was served. As for the place itself, three different businesses occupy the building. It's kind of a cold, cafeteria feel. But for the most part tables and chairs were kept cleared and clean. RAW CHICKEN‼‼‼‼ Myram took our order. We waited an hour+ for my daughter's 4 piece boneless wing meal. By the time we had gotten on the road, my daughter said her wings were cold. Last year, I visited this place on my way home from a college tour with other students from my school. We stopped at a rest area intending to quickly grab some food, as it was late at night and we still had a long way to go. A friend and I chose this restaurant, thinking it would be quick, but we were very wrong. We ended up waiting an hour for our food, along with several other customers, and we all placed pretty small orders (six-piece wings, mozzarella sticks, and four-piece wings). This delay made our entire bus of students late. When we finally received our food and hurried back to the bus, my friend and I discovered that our chicken was still raw, so we had nothing to eat. Had a horrible experience today at Charley's I asked for just lettuce and tomato on my sandwich but there was bell pepper and mushrooms no biggie so I went up and asked for a remake and genoveva told me no and that I didn't ask for no other veggies which I did. We went back and forth and he would not remake my food when I said I'll pay for a second one he told me okay with so much attitude. When I asked him if he was being serious he said yes he will only remake it if I payed for it. I asked for a manger he said he's the only one that's working and he doesn't have a manger. A lady came from Jamba juice to help me out and an other customer came and told her how rude he was being to me. I will not ever go back to this restaurant. We stood at the register for 10 mins. We also noticed he only had to one customer ahead of us and he had just ordered so if he wanted to he could have taken our order. Pretty decent! It was a quiet Monday evening so got my order taken promptly. The chicken cheesesteak sandwich was good and came out piping hot with a lightly grilled hoagie bun. I opted for no mayo and no tomato so got with the grilled onions and green peppers, lettuce and pickles. It was nice they served it open face so the lettuce stayed crisp and off to the side until I was ready to eat it. I would have preferred not so soft of a bun but it made it easier to eat. I didn't actually get to try the food. There was a person that ordered before me and the staff of two were too busy with that order to help me. By the time they were ready to accommodate taking my orders, I was leaving with my Jamba Juice. Maybe next time. Great place to eat though if you have a couple hours to kill. read more

She stated she would refund me and my food would take 10 more minutes, after waiting another 20 minutes and many orders after, I went back and asked for my order. The food here is great, I was coming back from a long trip last night and was starving, I have never seen a Charley's before so I thought why not give it a try! When I walked in I thought it was closed because of how empty the lobby was, but a kind gentleman came out from the back and apologized for the wait, he probably thought I was waiting a while even though I had just gotten here. He was very nice and after I mentioned this was my first time at a Charley's he helped me pick out my order, once they took my order I assumed it would take around 15 minutes but I was impressed when it came out 5 minutes later, the sandwich was crisp and looked delicious, my fries came out very nice and crisp aswell although they could use a little more salt but still tasty nonetheless! I don't understand why this place has a low rating, from my experience this place doesn't deserve the rating it currently has, it definitely deserves better! I also would recommend the strawberry watermelon lemonade it is really good! read more

As the person who took my order while I was in the drive through queue asked me if I was eating in my car, the payment person gave me a place mat to "keep my car clean" - now thoughtful. And finally, the person who gave me my food gave me my drink with straw already inside, then asked if I wanted ketchup, and handed my food over with a huge genuine smile. Just so impressed at how seamless and above and beyond friendly this location was. Complements to the great employees and management here!

Restrooms were very clean and there're quite a number of tables inside. We ordered ahead via the app, and the food was ready on time. We're lucky we arrived early, as a big crowd came in around 6pm and there was a long time. I had never considered Panda Express food authentic Chinese food, but it was ok. My husband was a big fan, especially for their orange chicken, though. I liked that I could get half greens for my bowl. Price was reasonable, too. Not a bad option when we're on the road and needed a quick meal

I ordered a steak burrito with extra steak nothing extra except the steak. My burrito total was $19.27. The extra steak was $5.27. It was a good burrito but it's not food truck quality so it's quite expensive. The seating area was gross. The garbages were all overflowing and several tables were messy with spilled ingredients from other customers. I understand they may have been busier but they still needed to have someone clean the tables and empty the garbage. The bathrooms were decent.

It was annoying. Also they don't have a changing table, so weird! Anyway, I ordered in app and picked it up pretty fast. My husband did order on app too but didn't get it fast like I did, must have been stuck behind other orders. It was a mess of people! And it was during breakfast time around 7-8am. Busy. Busy.
