Both meals were really good and full of flavor! I really liked the biscuits and coleslaw. Definitely recommend this location as well as Bojangles Chicken. After several minutes of trying to resolve the issue, the drive-thru window was closed on me while I was still speaking. I was ultimately forced to cancel the order. This occurred around midnight while I was trying to get food for my daughter, which made the situation especially frustrating. This was not a case of a missing order on my end I had full confirmation and proof of payment. The issue was a failure in either the system or how staff handled the situation. I expect better handling of paid mobile orders, especially when clear proof is provided.
