This was not a case of a missing order on my end I had full confirmation and proof of payment. The issue was a failure in either the system or how staff handled the situation. Today was a 'does not' day. For the price it should have 2 cherries, but that's neither here nor there. I want what I pay for. Sonic charges the same price if it has whipped cream or if it doesn't. I guess it depends on the person making them whether it has the toppings or not. I thought they were all trained to make items a certain way, not what they think should be added. Sonic is quickly becoming a place that I to avoid for fast food because nothing is ever made the same way, burgers included, there's no consistency, just whatever they decide to throw in.
