This Subway has a little work to do. The sandwiches were tasty, no issues there. The attendants were friendly. The issue was the men's room. It was gross! Stank, looked like it got no attention. The urinal hardly flushed. It needed a good cleaning. It soured what was otherwise a perfectly pleasant experience. But I do want to thank whoever the customer was that left just before 2PM on September 8th. The $11 that had clearly just fallen out of your pocket was a sweet, little treasure for my 16 year old. She dove on it like a lion on a baby impala and now she's got a little more spending money for our trip to Havasu. We would have gotten the money to you if we could have figured out a way. This place is slower than slow. They would have to speed things up 10 fold just to be slow. Even when you place an order 1 hour in advance to be ready at a specific time it's still not ready when you show up for the pick up. Even after the app told me my order was ready, it was not. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after I was told the oder was ready. Very slow service. read more

If I could give zero stars I WOULD!!! Almost every time I go in they are out of more than one thing or dont have bread ready. Today I go in at 3:40pm on 11/20/25 I asked for my usual rotisserie chicken 6in and she tells me "Unfortunetly you cant have just rotisserie chicken...you have to get the chicken bacon ranch blah blah blah" No the hell I dont!!! Service at this location was not the greatest. Walked in on a rainy day, they appeared to be getting ready to close at 6pm when the sign said 9pm and were told dine in service was closed. As my order was being made I noticed my meats had a hair in it, person assisting quickly threw out the sandwich and meats and brought out a new container of fresh meat. Observed this as I made a visit to the local sandwich shop... I am merely posting this pictures as I attempted to speak to a manger concerning the condition of the restaurant. I was told there was no manager on site for the moment. Rather than telling me they would pass it up to management, the employee said nothing. I also asked about a credit for a sandwich since they prepared my sandwich yesterday and ended up giving me the wrong one. I want to ask the owner to look at these pictures, how can he continue serving people with the place in this condition. That deli case could use a good cleaning/ scrubbing, so much built up gunk around the case... take a good blade to the edges to clean up that gunk...careful... don't let those paint chips get into the red onion..smh! We came to this location at 8pm with an hour before they closed and was told they can't make any orders because they are updating their system. I would understand if they had a sign letting people know that they will be close due to changes but there was nothing. I've worked for fast food chains before and when it came time to updating systems, it was a priority to make sure customers are notified instead of having to turn them away. read more

This might sound weird after reading the reviews but my son and I are on our way home from Vegas, we stopped here and this is the BEST SERVICE I've ever had at a subway.! For real. Not stingy with ingredients. Guy with red hair working, and 2 younger teens. I believe this Subway should not be rated on past negative reviews. We were just there Friday at 12:30 PM. It was a very good experience. Better than any Subway we have ever been to. There were 3 employees and a man as a manager. All employees were kind and happy to help customers. Seemed to enjoy their jobs and I could sense that. We bought 2 Subway clubs and the sandwiches were built very well with good amounts of meat and they listened well to offer all the veggies we asked for. Made a fantastic sandwich for my wife and I returning home from a Vegas week vacation! We are 60 Plus in age and they respected us. Great Job! The manager was very good at his job also. I am a local resident of Barstow and have frequented this business since it opened. I have enjoyed eating here all that time, however this past year I have noticed a steady decline in service. I have three major complaints: 1) Not enough food- Each time I visit the business is out of several items; coke, lemonade, meat, Wednesday I was going through the drive-thru and they ran out of bread! Too bad for me. 2) Insufficient help- If I am going to order from this business, I should plan on 45 to 60 minutes to wait. The workers are nice, just not enough of them. Tonight they had two, one being a trainee. 3) Insufficient outdoor lighting- not only is the menu needing bulbs, but the parking lot also, so much so that I ran over the curb because it was too dark to see. I told the people that I wasn't coming back. I didn't blame them but told them to tell their boss. They're a little bit stingy on the ingredients, but you can tell them to keep adding more if you want. Disgusting place. Employees are filthy in unwashed clothes and not once did i see them wash their hands after touching money, the phone and yes, wiping sweat off their faces. The toiletss don't flush and i could not find a table without food particles and sauce all over them and the chairs. No supervisor?
