My family and I went here yesterday to pass the time while we were getting a car battery installed. The store is very dingy and dirty - we almost thought it was closed and there's dust all along the edges of the benches and windows. We ordered one cookie and when I got the receipt, the cashier decided to add a tip without asking me or informing me. It was only $0.21, but it's still illegal and SUPER shady. However, I wish he would have mentioned the special where I could have gotten a meal for the same price as the sandwich alone. Lesson learned. It was mostly empty. I ordered 2 sandwiches. Both the same. Turkey and provolone and toasted with extra veggies. I picked them up and they were cold. Asked if they were toasted. The girl working said that if it says it on the receipt then it is!! We sat down. Opened them. I saw they were not toasted I told her that they were not toasted. She said yes they are!! I inspected more. Took it to her. Said. I know you say they are but the cheese isn't even melted! She asked if I wanted it toasted again. I said yes I want it toasted but it never was! Terrible experience. I ordered my food on the app because I had a lot of things to do and company coming over. I sent my son to get it and they were 30 minutes late making it. By the time he got home, 1 of my guests had to leave without their food. It got worse when we discovered that every single sandwich was not only made incorrectly but completely wrong. The sandwiches were not even salvageable. My kids would not eat, which means all of my time and money was wasted. I got in my car, leaving my friends and family behind and went to the subway so they could correct their mistake. They asked me to go back home and bring the sandwiches. I had to make three trips there and they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. As they were making it and treating me like I was the problem, I slightly leaned on the glass and it fell. They accused me of slamming it as I was helping them fix it. They didn't have it in place correctly. I even bought food for the couple in line behind me because of the inconvenience and drama created at the subway. After all was said and done, they never apologized, I wasted three trips, 1.5 hours and $70 on substandard food that I was too upset to even eat. This food is way too expensive to go through all of this. I will never go there again. I understand the need to have patience with workers. I get it. But this was very upsetting. read more

Had a terrible experience at the subway location inside Beaumont walmart storefront. I entered the restaurant around 1030 am and the woman at the counter who I later found out was the manager ignored me for about 5 minutes while she was making bread. I tried to be polite and wait for her as I really wanted a sandwich. After making 2 trays of bread she finally acknowledges me by saying "what do you want" again very rude but I was hungry and trying to be polite. I asked for a footlong on Italian herbs and cheese. She proceeded to finish her 3rd and 4th tray of bread before pulling out a 6 inch piece of italian bread (the plain white) and slams it down on the counter. I told her that I had actually asked for Italian herbs and cheese and she said "oh so you don't want italian you want cheese" at that point I said "I'm sorry but I don't want the sandwich anymore, your attitude is really turning me off" she replied with "well it's not my fucking job to turn you on" at this point my wife asked her why she was yelling and the store manager started telling at me to "shut the fuck up" and "get the fuck out". I may not be a business owner but that doesn't seem like the best way to keep customers around. I used to get 2-3 subs a week here but as long as that manager is present, I won't be returning. read more

So after shopping at Walmart I decided to order a sandwich. The guy came and asked what I wanted and I ordered the steak sandwich. As he was cutting the bread I could see he was mangling it and after he put the beef and cheese on it I apologized but told him the bread looked pretty sloppy and I would like another one. He said it was his second day and he got a girl from the back who came up to remake it. I told her which ones and she put them on the sandwich and then looked over to a customer that had just stepped up behind me and with a smile asked "what can I get for you". Sorry but I could take the hint that they did not want my business so instead of remarking to her of how rude she was I said I'll be back I forgot my wallet and just walked out. By the way did I mention she took the original bread that the guy had been trying to cut and messed up and after scraping the toppings off just opened the bread oven (holder) and tossed it back in with the other bread. Great location, but with COVID going on and all these employees are not practicing keeping on their mask coverings over their nose or mouth at times, these are the afternoon people the younger one's. First of all I am a subway regular. I eat at multiple different locations, this one by far takes the cake. Not only was the woman behind the counter scolding me to speak up and/or more clear. She skimped on my veggie (ie 4 tomatoes instead of 6) I had to repeat my self at minimum of 3 times to get her to stop ringing up my order without the meal. I just felt her to be rude an inconsiderate. I had a great and friendly server who went above and beyond when a menu item was discontinued, but she fixed it for me and my son anyway. Because the item had been discontinued, the ingredients were not readily available; she went out of her way to find all of the ingredients for our meal, and she was very pleasant and efficient in doing so. Went there today and go a pizza. I wouldn't buy it again I would just go buy a microwave pizza and it would taste the same for cheaper. But I noticed when I got there the trash was out by the soda and from then on after I got my food I watched every single person who work there walk right by the trash can people coming and going from their work place and not one person put the trash can back in place. I come here from time to time, when I am in the vicinity. Lately, since new ownership, the service has been awesome! They always have what I want. They are quick to accommodate my order. It is clean and the employees are busy. Caylin always has a smile on her face and greets each customer. Jamel gets my order correct every time. He is fast at getting the customers rung up and on their way. I love coming in and NOT seeing employees with their faces glued to their phones. Great job! Keep up the exceptional service. This is a summary of the past 3 or visits to the restaurant. There is always plenty of seating. My only concern is that during busy periods, there are TOO many Wal-Mart employees taking their breaks in the dining area. They are usually taking up a whole booth for ONE person. Ordered a tuna sandwich for my dad's lunch and while he was eating it he found a long hair in his tuna! It's not the first time finding a hair in their sandwiches. My daughter had one in hers as well. They need to wear hair nets and use a lint roller on their uniforms. They also need someone to be upfront at all times. It's always empty at the counter and when one customer yells for someone to come out then there's at least 3 people that walk from the back, I'm pretty sure 1 of those 3 can stay up front and clean or something.
