We like this subway in Walmart, it's clean and convenient and the girls in there are always nice.

Every single time I go to this location they're consistently out of product to make the sandwiches. Usually there's multiple items that they do not have I once told them maybe they should just put up a menu of what they actually do have it would make it ordering a lot easier. I've never been to any other Subway that is so poorly run and stocked I don't know if it's a managerial problem. I don't know if it's the owner trying to be cheap. Either way I will never be going back to this place they've given Subway a black eye a place that I've been going to for 20-plus years. read more

Do not go here if your used to going to a normal subway!! People move with no care or urgency in the middle of lunch hour! Ordered a tuna sandwich and they put four mini scoops on a whole sandwich and just spread it across so thin u can still see the breadth. Asked for more tuna and the girl said it would be 3 dollars more! I basically bought bread with lettuce and the little Tuna I did taste was dry! Never going there again! This is the worse service ever I ordered online and waited the fifteen minutes for it to be ordered I arrived on time and told them I was here for an online order and this lady was sitting down eating got up and was like your online order isn't here I was like yes it was and try to give me attitude about being here even tho I was at the correct store and she try to tell me that I didn't place an order I offered to give me an order number she said no I don't need it cause my order would have showed up turns out she found my order and she had the worker make it and he half assed it he didn't portion the veggies correctly like the other subway artist I am very disappointed in this store and upset because they didn't apologize for the delay they had no sense of urgency and didn't properly wrap up the sandwiches just very disappointing like he kept wiping his sweat while making my sandwiches just upsetting he made the Veracruz streak wrap and he couldn't even fold it correctly just annoying read more

Came in for a breakfast sandwich; however, they ran out of eggs (both regular and white) at 8:30am. Also their flatbread were all still frozen, and they had no white Italian bread (they were still proofing, not even in the oven yet). Their tomato's also looked very soggy and slimy. I don't know if the previous night crew failed to prep adequately for the morning shift, or if the morning shift was just slow to prep their own food. This particular location is terrible. They always seem to be out of at least one of the ingredients on any given sub that I might be ordering. They are usually out of avocado, almost always out of cilantro. The final straw for me was when I went there yesterday, and they were out of every single type of bread other than 6 inch whole wheat. In general I have no issues with the people working at this store, but the person managing it has to either be incompetent, or just too shortsighted and cheap to order adequate stock. Either way, I will just drive down to the location next to Staters in the future, rather than waste my time here - you know, the location that still had bread mid-afternoon on a Wednesday. read more

I decided to have Subway for dinner yesterday and when I walked in I was greeted immediately. I ordered my sandwich with everything that I wanted on it and then when I got to the condiments I wanted mustard and mayonnaise. Brianna told me that they didn't have mustard, only in packets. She asked if I still wanted it and even offered to put it on my sandwich for me. I felt bad because with the gloves and everything it had to have been annoying but I knew that if I opened my sandwich when I got home and did it it just want to be the same. So I said sure and she did it with no hesitancy, no attitude and a smile on her face. She had great customer service and although I kept apologizing because I felt like I was making her job harder she kept insisting that it was no big deal at all. I had a pleasant experience at the subway and I'm very happy. I really hope her name was Brianna because I waited until the next day to write this review and I hope I didn't get her name wrong. read more

This Subway is the cleanest Subway I've ever seen. Floor was immaculate, tables clean, no food between the other food bins. I have to eat gluten free, and they were really accommodating about checking ingredients and then heating a chicken breast with cheese and assembling vegetables so I could bring my own bread and still have a sandwich. This is the second time at this store location that I couldn't use credit card. It kept on showing declined. So I had to go to the other subway by stater bros to get my sandwiches with the same credit card I tried to use at the oak valley subway. Very pissed off. Made me late for work. I went in here the other night with my family. I was pleasantly greeted by faith meadows who provided the best customer service I've received in a while. I had to get her full name just so I could say something positive about this young lady. I've worked in the customer service field for a very long time and know how guests are supposed to be treated. Faith was positive, enthusiastic and gave us a wonderful experience at subway. I wanted to thank her wholeheartedly for her positivity. Terrible, terrible, terrible! I have never wanted 30 minutes for a sandwich to be made, with only one person in front of me. The workers are EXTREMELY SLOW AND RUDE. Once again this location was out of something necessary to make a sandwich. This time it happened to be bread. The only bread they had available was wheat. This happens more often that not. They are consistently out of one ingredient or another. Do not order for pickup from this location in the morning. They have failed to make my order EVERY SINGLE TIME, at least 5 in a row now. Sometimes I have even given them 2.5 hours to make the order and when you arrive... nothing. The employees in the afternoon are much better and I haven't had any issues. Service is absolutely terrible! The young woman helping me was rude and had such a forced smile on her face, she looked like she was going to crack. She took out this skimpy looking bread, so I kindly asked her if she could maybe get one that was proofed a little bit more. She exchanged it and said, " They're all that way. We can't proof any more than that." I informed her I used to work at Subway and we always proofed them more so they were more fluffy and appealing to the customer. Then, an extremely rude co-worker who wasn't even wearing a name tag (a skinny young woman with I think a combed down mo-hawk) rudely interjected while she was with another customer and said, "Well, things changed. This is how we do the bread now!". Totally uncalled for!!!.... Anyway, I continued with the original girl helping me, and I couldn't quite hear her because there was a lot going on, so when I asked her to please repeat something, she got in close and slowly, and loudly, and irritatingly repeated herself. Even though she was rude as well, I kept saying my please and thank yous during the whole sandwich making process. I left no tip, because they did nothing to improve quality of service. Decided to try this location again twice now since my last review. I'm so regretting it!! First off today the service was so slow. I hope you are not in a hurry. I waited in line for thirty minutes with only a few people in line ahead of me. The two employees moved like snails and look like they hate their job. When I got home to bring the sandwich to my kids it wasn't even the one she made for me. She gave mine to the guy in line in front of me. I ended up with a sandwich with mustard, olives, spinach and things my kids didn't want. Total waste!! I'm sure he was not thrilled when he got home either. On my other visit there was some sort of work drama going on behind the counter. Clearly unprofessional how they were talking. So frustrating. The management needs to get this place under control. After my last experience at this location I should have learned my lesson. However, my son was hungry and wanted to eat before his lesson. After waiting in line for 15 minutes and the young guy behind the counter was still making THE SAME sandwich, i walked out with my hungry children. Otherwise he would have been late. Horrible customer service. Never once did either employee acknowledge us or the 3 other people waiting in line, and by far the slowest service I have ever experienced at a Subway. I will not make this mistake again. The location in the Stater Bros shopping center has great customer service and provide you with your food quickly. If I could give this subway and it's two employees Nadine and Ashley 0 stars I would. What a terrible experience my children and I had there tonight. First off, we waited for over25 minutes in line and there was only 5 customers ahead of us. I have been to several much busier subways and have been out much quicker. 2nd when we finally get up there nadine tells my 9 year old that they are out of roast beef but they clearly have enough for one more sandwich and the employee Ashley had to tell Nadine to just use the last of the meat. It's basically the slowest sandwich making process I've ever seen. I finally get to pay for it and Nadine short changes me on a cup for my drink. I have to wait till she slowly moves back over to get my drink just to discover there was only enough ice for my daughter and sons drink that filled up and now the ice machine is down completely. I wait a few more minutes for them to come try to fix and neither one knows how to. I notice that there's about 5 people in line still so I wait till they get thru the line a little because I could hear them complaining about the bread ripping in al the sandwiches then explain to them I would like a refund on my drink since I can't get one now that the machine is broken. It's now 645 and I walked in at 6 to this place. The bewildering attitude I got back left me shocked and in disbelief at how rude these two employees were. They told me there's no manger so they don't know how to do refunds. I said i don't understand why they would let the two of them work together if neither one is experienced enough to help the customers or fix the drink machine. Nadine decided to be a show off in front of some apparent friends or coworkers of hers who walked in and she said very loudly to me that I am rude. I said excuse me? I asked for a refund on my drink and and I'm sorry I'm frustrated that it took 25 min to get my sandwiches but that's very frustrating when you have two hungry kids under 10 with you. Ashley chimed in and told me and I quote "there are other subways you could have gone to you know." I said wow you're actually telling me that I shouldn't have waited? My kids were hungry and this is the closest to my house. They started to shout at me in front of my kids and told us not to come back so I told them I would be doing the survey on the receipt and definitely contacting a manager tomorrow. The level of costumer service was deplorable. I can't imagine two works employees in customer service. If they are that rude to customers I can only imagine what they do to the food.
