She helped me perfect my order and even mentioned I can get my food menu onion wrapped which I didn't know was a thing! She also let me know this location served root beer floats!!! The ambiance of this is obviously very clean and classic! The bright red colors with white all around. I was in-n-out the drive through within minutes!! get it? No..? Okay

I'm not that into french fries so I asked them to substitute with onion rings, which they gladly did. The fish, a big no for me. Tiny frozen fish that had no meat in them at all but the onion rings were excellent (I like mine well done). The service was excellent, very accommodating and very nice to speak with. The space was very nice. It was clean and small. Everything is frozen fries, fish, absolutely everything. Remember if you come here, it's cash only.

I was so disappointed poured out both not willing to risk getting sick. In one of cups after it had this darn grainy stuff at bottom. I'm not sure what it was?! Such a waste of money and too late to return. I came in at 1:45 am or so. I bought two box combos and kids meal. The kids lemonade didn't have smell or taste. So very weird that my box drinks were not good :(

I usually get the Taco Burger combo with fries and a diet coke. The taco burger is served on a soft, warmed bun with shredded lettuce, Taco meat, tomatoes and cheese. Reminds me of the old 'Naugles' (a southern California fast food place a long time ago); they originally had the taco burger. I also get a bean and cheese burrito. The refried beans are cooked perfectly and the flour tortilla is always soft and delicious. This Baker's Drive Thru location has a nice clean interior and good outdoor seating as well (when it's not hot out). The service at any of the Baker's Drive Thru's I have been to has always been super friendly and very fast.

I also bought one of their usually reliable basic chicken bowls which in the past have always featured chicken BREAST.....but this time it was 50/50 between white and my hated dark meat. Why? Is the cook not aware of what the procedure is......OR, did the franchisee decide to change the bowl contents? Also, they ran out of their usual pile of hard copy specials flyers. Who can afford EPL or Popeye's at non-discounted prices? Word is spreading about this location, so hopefully someone will step in to stop the bleeding. This place is new so I understand the long lines and the wait time. I order 2 pizzas, no complaints on the price. Place looks amazing and employees seem to be working hard. When we had received our pizza i notice one pizza was kinda burnt. I was more impressed when the manager (Justin) had personally brought the pizza explaining that the pizza was kinda burnt and was willing to remake the pizza at our request. I was happy he had offered to remake it. Now I thought it was really awesome when he personally made it himself and brought it to us...on top of that he was very apologetic and felt bad that I had to wait on my pizza. On top of all that he explained that it won't happen again and gave me a free pizza card so and that on my next visit the pizza would be free. My wife and I thought that was the most impressive customer service we seen in a long time. We sat and ate our pizzas and spent about an hour there. Dury our time we watched this manager go to every table and talked to his guest greating, and introducing himself along with making sure orders were correct making sure his guest were satisfied and with appreciating guest for visiting. This a definition of a real manager. We continue to watch this manager as he made sure his team was on top of things and correcting employee mistakes while explaining the correct way. Now my wife and I just thought he was amazing for the way he handle his store, team and guest. Lines are long but he made the best to speed it up along with helping his employees in every position to satisfy his Guest experience. Despite the long line and few impatient guest, this manager made sure to smile keep his team smiling, active and seem to all enjoy what they do. His ability to perform and keep his cool while it seemed so overwhelming due to a never ending line and his amazing job with correcting orders and intending to his guess made my wife and I want to enjoy more visit at Pieology. Two thumbs up for hard working team an amazing job this manager did for me and my wife and to all his guest. I would definitely come back again thank you Justin and the rest at Pieology for a great experience. Manger (Justin) awesome job you did. Your hard work and dedication to your company was outstanding and got us wanting to come back so yes we will be back for more pizza to enjoy and great customer service. My wife and I would have love to see the other female manger do the same or least smile. She seemed stressed out or just not willing to put effort into her job, above and beyond we notice she wouldn't do for her guest or company....Thank you Trent for finally coming to Beaumont with Pieology. dont go there today Sunday June 2nd. first of all we were waiting in line for 8 min before we got attended to. and then there's this girl that has no people skills. i ordered the bambino but then changed my mind before she smashed it and what does she do? she throws it back in the bin! like a 3 year old temper tantrum girl. she doesnt smile and continues with our order. she doesnt put enough sauce on the pizza. who does that? we have been here Numerous times I mean many times cuz we've never had problems and great service but today dont know if it was her or what but please if you dont like your job dont work here! and then she doesnt put enough cheese either. pizza looks bare. not like other times that other people make our pizza. What the? really did she not learn when she got oriented? and with all our order she still doesnt smile! She just looks all Mad or stressed or I dont know but At least smirk or smile or something! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our family of 6 went to the new pieolgy in Beaumont on 11/16/18. It was a bit busy and long line but well worth the wait. We expected a wait knowing it just opened. When it was our turn to order the young man who greeted us was so sweet and he knew his stuff. Great interaction so far. Everyone from preparing the pizza too the oven to the delivery was absolutely amazing. The manager Justin was coaching his employees as well as helping make the pizzas and working in front on the floor. Justin and staff you run a great restaurant!!! We're very pleased with the service and it was fun interacting with the employees! Will be back definitely. A big thank you to Jason, Whitney,Alyssa, Jordan,Erin,Nick and Justin! Perhaps the most smug and arrogant management team I have encountered in the QSR industry. Staff seemed to have a care-less attitude and provided me with very poor quality service, only to be outdone by their horrendous creation of what they call a "pizza." Pizza was reasonably priced, if you consider paying $12 for a shit reasonable. Toppings tasted old, sauce was overwhelming, dough was undercooked, and didn't even see 1 smile while in the place from employees. Morale must be really lacking here. Love their food, and haven't had a bad experience once there since they opened. I feel obligated to say, if you went when they first opened and weren't impressed, maybe give them a second chance and go back. The food is delicious and the manager James goes above and beyond as far as customer service is concerned...and is in the process of teaching his staff to do the same. We should all probably keep in mind that this is a brand new establishment working kinks out, as well as employing many who, this is their first job. As a community we should try to come together and support local business as well as our youth working there. read more

This by far is my favorite pizza place! The staff is really nice and helpful. My family has stopped going to other pizza places like dominos and little Caesars because Pieology is our new favorite! Our pizzas always come out of the oven looking amazing. The options are great and their wings are amazing. It's definitely worth the weight . The employees are getting faster and their customer service skills are awesome. If you want a great pizza this place serves that and more . I would definitely recommend it ! read more

Visited this weekend. Always enjoyed the food and team at their Redlands location, Beaumont is Just as great! The managers and team members are so friendly with each other! Tried cauliflower crust for the first time, and as someone who hates veggies, i can say that this will be a favorite for me! And i love that they are giving a military discount! Yes, you might have to drive a little farther inland, but it's 100% worth it for the shorter lines and stress-free experience. Highly recommend if you want good food without the lunchtime chaos.

Everything from their pasta to pizzas is good. It definitely in my top five pizzas of all time. The garlic bread the comes with the pasta dinner is phenomenal. I love it. I've never had bad service here, no matter how many times staff changes. As far as the complaints regarding the ambiance, it shows how petty people can be in their reviews. It's an old brick building. I'm not sure how they can go wrong or right. I come here for good food, not for their presentation of their decor throughout the restaurant.

But there was almost no difference either - if you're going to name something hot, make it actually spicy. Their garlic bread is good and unique.

It was just ok. The service was fast and friendly. The ambiance was your traditional non-chain burger joint. Big menu in the front where you order (lots of selections), nice tables and booths to sit and eat.

The food matters more, suddenly prices seem higher and people's tones trigger into your mind easier. Choosing where to eat matters heavily. Morongo in general has amazing food options and some amazing staff, but when I was there, I chose to go eat at LA Italian in their food court. Remember I'm broke and forced to eat here. Justin was working at the register when I walked up and he greated me as soon as I walked up, which was refreshing. We made small talk and passed a few jokes before I ordered. Oh, those bread sticks are so good! I love Italian food and the quality vs price here was great. I was highly satisfied and when I was leaving, Justin noticed and check in to see how my meal was. I felt forced to eat there and my only option was the food court... LA Italian did not disappoint! Justin made me feel I chose an actual sit down restaurant and I left wanting more. I pass through every Saturday. I will definitely be coming back.

The owner, or what I presume was the owner, was hustling and seemed Super cool. The place was a packed! Super busy to the point there was a line outside. I got the spicy rigatoni with sausage and my husband got the buffalo Stromboli. Both were really good. The service was fast. The food was piping hot! The beer was Ice cold! Bonus points for carrying Cali squeeze. They also played good music. Only con is we did get offered free breadsticks but we never actually got them. . I really wanted to try them too. Nonetheless, they still deserve 5 stars since the breadsticks we were promised we never actually paid for. I'd come back to watch a game or for some Pizza which looked great. Thank You!

I've never heard of it but apparently they made a pie for the head guy and was blown away." I have not heard of it either but their menu appealed to me (triple pepperoni magnificent, grilled chicken Florentine). About three weeks ago, wife noticed the Marco's Pizza official sign was up. On her Panera run last week, she saw someone inside, knocked on the door, and asked when they would open. She was warmly received and given menus. Online ordering made things so much easier. There is even a "hot deals" tab featuring current deals. We took advantage of the magnificent pizzas staring at $12.99. We had fun choosing different sauce cups (garlic sauce, garlic parm, pizza sauce, jalapeño ranch, ranch, buffalo, bbq, blue cheese) and pizza crust toppers (garlic sauce, parm cheese, Roma, romasean). My mother-in-law wanted to wait until Thursday, but I couldn't wait. After the kids went to bed, I placed a mobile take out order for the hot honey pepperoni. The pizza was peppered in cute pepperoni cups bursting with flavor and a sweet kick from the honey. I couldn't really taste the Parmesan cheese crust but maybe I'll opt for garlic next time. The first bite was greasy. I could feel the oil coating my esophagus. Absolute necessity for drunken nights. Not so great for heart attack and high cholesterol prevention. We went again on Thursday night and ordered the chicken Florentine, triple pepperoni, deluxe, and cheesy bread. Sonny greeted my wife with a smile and mentioned that he remembered her (who else would knock on the door to inquire about opening day?). This time, no grease and pure flavor. My mother-in-law didn't care for the chewy crust but it was evident that it was fresh dough with generous toppings. The Italian sausages on the deluxe were quite huge. The chicken on the Florentine pizza were large slices of chicken breast. My son thought the pepperonis were "aww, so cute." The cheesy bread wasn't really that cheesy though even though we ordered double cheese. It is hard to find quality, delicious pizza but Marco's Pizza really delivered. So glad that Marco's Pizza is part of Yucaipa Pointe Plaza.

But thats what you get when you have 12 yr old kids making pizzas . How bout this marcos hire at least one competent person to run this shop ?? With the cost of everything in this country pizza night is a treat for families and i could had put that in my has tank . Kids ate hot dogs for dinner and we wasted our take out night on garbage.
