Ughh.. No biggie, took photos.. ordered in the app so i had a digital reciept. Figured I would show them the next time i went in. I ordered in app again same titan turkey without avocado this time. Got there and showed the guy photos (attached) of my sandwich and photo (attached) of my previous order that did not have the smashed avocado. I paid an extra $2 for.. I asked if i could get some on the side for this sandwich since i paid and didn't get it on my last order.. $2.. i get it, no biggie.. I didn't come in demanding! Just simply showed some proof and asked if they could make it right.. NOPE!. Dude said he can't do nothin unless i show him a paper receipt.. Like my app wasn't a receipt of my prior orders! Walked in at 5pm. Door chime announced my arrival but no employees to be seen. Waited a few minutes, activated the door chime again & said "hello" but still no employees. Couldn't see anyone behind the line in the mirror. Nobody seemed to be in the bathroom. Around 5:10, I saw someone walking purposefully towards the door from outside so I assumed that the worker had run over the Walmart & was returning but it was a Walmart employee. He grabbed some chips & walked to the line. I let him know I'd been waiting 10 minutes & hadn't seen anyone. He called "hello" but still nobody came. We both left. It's 5:15 and I still haven't seen anyone inside the completely open store. Hope everyone is ok but concerned that anyone could have stolen all the chips & bottled drinks & nobody would have known. read more

I ordered online and asked for extra meat and did not receive it. One of the sandwiches also had like no sauce on it. It also only had cheese on one half of the sandwich. They skimped out on the vegetables (3 very thin slices on a foot long- what a joke). And to top it off they apparently can't tell pepper Jack apart from American. I wouldn't even give this place one star but unfortunately yelp makes you give at least one. This had to have been the WORST subway I have ever been too. We got two sandwiches. One of them happend to be a breakfast sandwich with steak and egg on it. The egg was still FROZEN on the sandwich! My boyfriend got the grilled chicken sandwich and guess what? The chicken was FROZEN!!!! It was so friggin GROSS! The person who made our sandwiches wouldn't even remake them and my boyfriend even brought them back! It doesn't take that long to fix two sandwiches. That is the LAST time we will ever eat there! Dont go here!!!! Let me see if I got this correct. Buy a kids meal which comes with a 4in sandwich (made of all bread) a 2.4 oz/small bag of apples and an 8 oz. milk, plus a 'toy' $4.50 not including taxes. VS The mini meal which comes with a 4in sandwich (made of all bread) a 2.4 oz/small bag of apples, and an 8 oz. milk, NO 'toy' $5.99 not including taxes. WTfukashima! The vegetables are 'shrinking' they are sliced so thin you may as well not add any. The meat is too thin also. It's all bread here at #37153 store. Subway has gone downhill. I understand we are in a crazy time but the manager is the rudest person I have ever met. She pretty much shoved us out because she was on a live chat with someone. We couldn't even finish are order. Not surprised that the subway on Topsy lane has such terrible yelp reviews! I'll be adding another (which I NEVER go out of my way to complain) but they treated my mom terribly while I was next door to get my nails done, and when I went to confront/complain they treated me terribly too and asked me to leave. So fuck them... treat your customers right and they'll come back. I hate shitty customer service, my biggest pet peeve ever, especially because I've worked in places like this, its not that hard to work there, and to be nice while you do so. You don't throw somebodys food/drink away without asking them first! And if you do on accident, admit you were wrong and offer them a replacement drink or a damn cookie or something instead of calling them a liar... saying they "dont bus tables" so WHO took my moms food and drink? Even the nail ladies next door said they saw her go for 20 seconds and come right back. Fucking rude. Also the sandwiches sucked anyway, these so called "sandwich artists" don't know how to build a proper sandwich that wont fall apart. I've worked at many sandwich places as a teenager (subway being my LEAST favorite) and it's really NOT that hard to make a damn sandwich... thats why they hire kids. When you are an adult that cannot make a proper sandwich, theres an issue. Last time I spend 20 bucks for my family to eat shitty food with shitty customer service. I don't believe in "the customer is ALWAYS right" but I believe that if you want a successful business you should be polite when somebody complains instead of asking them to leave for having a complaint. The worst subway i had ever had too as well, they do not even know their own menu that was right on top of their head. I made my order but the staff refuse to give me my order even though there wasn't any stick or sign stating the item was not available. And it took them like forever just to find out the item is actually on the sign in their store. Some places i can still accept though the food is not as nice while the staff is helpful and friendly but not this one. Worst staff for subway i had ever met. Kind of wondering how they sustain the business with both worst staff and food. While i was there, they had customer bringing in the free cookie receipt, but they do not honor them as well. Their reason is that the receipt that the customer had is not from their store. What is the point of doing the survey if Subway does not honor them. So does that mean any person who is a non regular customer or somebody who is travelling across the country can't use the free cookie receipt in any store? That is ridiculous. Don't go there. Even if it mean you have to drive a little further, do it! There is a nearer Subway which is near the Walmart.. They had better service and food as well. At least they do not discriminate! read more

On our way to Reno from Tahoe and we stopped by to grab a breakfast sammy. Its cheap and fills the void in the belly. The girl behind the counter asked how we were doing and where we were going. Just small talk. My wife informed her it was our 5 year anniversary and we were headed to Reno. She finished our sammies and said Happy Anniversary, your breakfast is on me. What??? No way. This is the only Subway I'll step foot in. The owner is always there working and so helpful and kind. I've never once felt rushed even when there's a line they still take their time to make sure you get what you want. The location is weird but they still manage to stay busy. The staff is so friendly and I just can't get over Jessie's over the top customer service, being the owner of the store AND working as often as she does is beyond impressive, especially with how easy going she is. I wouldn't recommend any other subway in the city! read more
