I've been here a few times as it it close to home. My family and I went in for a lunch to go. There is no restroom for customers. When I asked today, the staff said if is "out of order" and that they called it in yesterday, but there was no sign on a door indicated that there was a restroom or that it was broke. The soda machine is also always broken, they have a few selections but the rest are Allred "out of order" unlike the restroom that cannot be found that is also out of order. However, the staff is friendly. The service was quick and efficient. The selection was also very wide. The food was made fresh and the ingredients were fresh as well. The meal itself was good and tasted great. The price has gone up. It appears that 3 foot longs came to $40 dollars. That seemed very steep for sandwiches. I remember once that the tag line was $5 foot longs but that seems like ages ago. I would recommend on a take out basis and just for the actual sandwiches as the drinks and sides were sparse but again, the quality and taste of what we got was great. read more

Very disappointing experience. They a restricting customizations of orders that can be customized. Their new protein pockets come with certain vegetables and I can understand now allowing you to add more than what is called for however, I simply asked to sub lettuce for spinach and the girl told me no. They are so worried about their bottom line that they are being unreasonable. I'm allergic to tomatoes so I asked to have those removed and of course that was no problem and I didn't even ask to replace the tomato with something else, I just wanted spinach rather than lettuce. Waited 10 minutes while the workers talked in the back right in front of the customers, the guy in front of me walked out because he was waiting for so long. I went there and was not happy at all. The service was not good. The food was okay.The restroom was dirty.

Order on line and decided to stay in and enjoy my sub. Got my cup full of ice had my water bottle. Sat open my bag, worker walks over and say just warning you no refills. I didn't get what he was saying because I don't like soda. Ordered the drink for ice only. I asked why telling me that do you see soda in my cup. He said just telling you! Loudly. I was then disgusted and my desire to eat my food was gone. He said you people like to refill. What people. Woman. ? I asked for 1800 number and he said they don't care. I want to take the time and thank the person working today, some POS hacked my subway account & ordered a meal from this Subway. When the PayPal receipt came through I immediately called and spoke to someone I wish I got his name. The DoorDash delivery person had just came in and took the order, the employee was able to get the order backed cancel the order & void it. I received my refund from PayPal within an hour thanks to this employee. The employee was courteous enough to call me back and advise me that he was able to void the fraudulent order. Unfortunately, this is the second time I came here only to give the benefit of the doubt. It seems they can't keep anyone because there's only one person there. The guys kept on going to the back because he kept on ruptured of things. And God help you if someone orders6 sandwiches (yes they should have ordered it through the app). ***** STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR MONEY! ***** We had not been there for quite some time, so we thought we'd give it another try. We ordered two foot longs, one was OK, but the other was so disgusting it was inedible and was THROWN IN THE GARBAGE! It was an Italian BMT Melt on Italian Herb & Cheese Bread, provolone cheese, most veggies, mayo, and Parmesan vinaigrette. It is advertised as "grilled", however they put each half in some kind of ovenable brown paper bag and put it in the same oven as they use to "toast" other subs. When I got it home, it was nothing more than a gross pile of disgusting inedible soggy mush that cost $12.99 + tax! This Subway location is a joke. It's usually the type of bread they're out of, hard to imagine since the place is always empty. Today it was turkey!! Worker said delivery man forgot the turkey!! Gotta do better than that. For subway it's Monroe or Middletown don't waste your time at this dive in Figured I'd give this place a second chance... it's Subway how bad can it be. Newly renovated store that looks amazing! The sandwiches are the best and they always have the freshest ingredients.

The place was pretty dirty, and they really skimped out on my meat. Didn't care much for the people working there either. I asked for more napkins and the girl told me " I put napkins on your tray." If I want more napkins, I want more napkins. In conclusion, I think they need new people working there. read more

This has to be the worst Subway franchise in the whole New York state. The workers are really rude and they have frowns on their faces when they talk to you.
