Walked in from 90° heat & it was at least 20° hotter inside. The employee informed me the A/C hasn't worked in a month. Because they had to keep the door open to get air, flies were trying to attack the food. The employee was very nice & apologetic, if I were her, I would've walked out. How dare the owners expect people to work in 100+° weather sweating over food. This Subway needs new ownership PRONTO, or to be permanently shut down. I came in on a Monday at 1130am. No one was there, but the 2 male workers were incredibly RUDE when I told them I was ordering 4 sandwiches. They were snarky and were dismissive of my questions. I do not recommend this Subway. I ordered through the app and they claimed they didn't get the order when I went to pick it up. They claimed that there were two locations off of Auto Center Drive on Indian Hill. I called again to get the address, and I got a made up address. I checked the app and it was still this location. Then I called again and was transferred to a lead that also claimed they had not received my order. He said he was gonna give my phone number to the manager. I'm posting this in case he/she hasn't been told to call me. Below is the screenshot that showed proof of the order. I also contacted Subway corporate and gave them all of my information, including the emailed proof of purchase number. Update: I never got a call from the manager and I have tried to contact Subway via Twitter and still no response. I may just need to stop going to any Subway, but for sure stop using their app because lazy employees can decide not to make your sandwich and then there's nothing you can do about it but consider your money lost. I have never had any problems with any other restaurants when I order through the app. So please be forewarned about using the app to order. I would never use Subway's app. If you place online orders please avoid going to this Subway location, and go to the one in *Upland on 2440 Arrow Route off of Montevista.* That location is professional and friendly. read more

He pu 3 pieces of ham on my sandwich and when asked for more he put on 2 more thin slices and charged for it. I got a 6" tuna on 9-grain honey oat with provolone, lettuce, spinach, red onions, olives, cucumbers, light mayo, and salt/pepper. My sister got a 6" cold cut combo with lettuce, pickles, banana peppers, cucumber, light mayo, and salt/pepper. I also got a white chocolate chip macadamia cookie. Our food was very good! I was on my way to spend about 7 hrs at a Starbucks to do Homework and I decided to get some food. I came in around 11:30 am and it wasn't too busy. I was helped by a lady named Yesenia. I might have spelled her name wrong, but I just wanted to say that she was an absolutely​ amazing person to talk to. She was kind, helpful, funny, and thoughtful. I used to work for ​Subway and I have met many people who are rude and have rushed me while ordering. She took the time to make a connection with me from start to finish. She asked me questions about work and school and it was the first time I met her. The conversation was brief​ but sweet. It was​ this simple connection that honestly made my day. As a former worker for the company,​ I have also had many people make my sandwiches wrong. The bread gets cut weird, the veggies are scarce​​ or too intense, and it just falls apart when you take a bite. The sandwich I got today was made perfectly! Today I went it was 8:28 PM and the chairs where all up on the tables, the girl working when I walked in was already cleaning the soda machine. Have always been treated very well at this location. They seem to put a good amount of meat in their sandwiches. They also accept all coupons that go out in mailers to people's homes. Other Subway locations in the area, seem to discourage the use of certain coupons you get, and tell you "that coupon will work in our system, but that other one (the one you want to use) will not." read more
