Not crowded at all at Friday lunchtime. It's close to my work and every time one of the secretaries brings back a box from Blaze, I think, ooh, one of these days! Yesterday at 12:20 there was no line. I ordered a build your own pizza with classic red sauce and mozzarella: spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, pepperoncinis, jalapeños, Kalamata olives, pepperoni, artichokes, fire roasted broccoli! For the first time, I requested that they make the crust extra crispy. The extra crispy crust made this the yummiest thin crust pizza ever. I sprinkled Parmesan on top, which made every mouthful a delight to the senses! This Blaze is near a Target so there's plenty of parking. The ambience is standard for a Blaze, plenty of seating. Customer service can use improvement. I wanted to use a reward for a free drink so I clicked on the reward to redeem it & the employee, a young black male (not that it matters) asked me what size. I asked him what size I could get for the reward & instead of being helpful or knowledgeable he shrugged his shoulders & said "it says right there". Which it actually didn't, so that's why I was obviously asking him. Plus he works there so I definitely thought he would know. Regardless, I made the attempt to figure it out so I clicked out of the redemption since it was just a code with no drink size information but when I clicked out, my reward was no longer available to use since I had already clicked on it. The subway of pizza!! For someplace quick, where everyone can get what they want, and the prices aren't too bad, this is a good choice. Like Mod Pizza and Pieology you tell them what you want as they make it in from of you..... It's not bad just not flavorful, more like frozen pizza..... We came in to get some pizza real quick place looked empty inside there was only one couple a head of us we waited 20 min before we were able to put in our order I asked why it took so long and they said there were doing on line orders. There was only 2 people working the place was dirty inside and the guy making the pizza was like in a rush. Very bad expery will never come here again place needs to have better management. They also need to clean the dirty place up. They rips on the seats where you sit also. read more

Well the one last decent Blaze Pizza has finally shit the bed. It seems that most of these locations start out ok and eventually go down hill. This one, has been pretty solid for a long time but their run has ended. They were out of Caesar salad, on a Thursday at 6:00 pm. They didn't bother to tell us until we got to the register even though it was written on our order. Seems the communication is not good here. The pizza was already in the oven so I felt committed but should have just walked out at this point. After they told me the total, I really should have. Two half pizzas and 2 drinks for $30. What the actual fuck? So to recap, the expected menu item wasn't available, the staff didn't seem to care and the prices have gotten beyond the value. Let's just say that aside from breakfast and tacos, I love me some pizza! I remember the days of calling a pizza joint, being put on hold and then ordering a pizza just to get the wrong pizza. Not with Blaze! Their app is so simple and convenient that I actually love using it. It may be the simplest app to navigate. So long as the toppings are correct and the crust cooked t's really hard to make a pizza I don't like. The Blaze pizzas at this location are typically good to very good. Out of a dozen or so orders I received one order that was below standard. I was apologized to and comped a small pizza. I am increasingly disappointed by the service at this location though. Tonight my pizza was not ready for pickup even though I showed up about 7 minutes after the pickup time they gave me. I was told that my order did not print out at the preparation side even though the guy was holding it in his hand at the pickup end of the counter. This is the 2nd time in the last year my pizza was not ready and twice I have had an issue out of 4 orders. That's half the orders in 2 months. I dinged them a star for it. The staff was apologetic and willing to make it right with a refund which I didn't feel would be right on my part since I was still going to receive a pizza. So I declined. They offered a beverage or a cookie as well. I accepted the cookie. The place is always clean and has plenty of seating. I'm hopeful that the issues I have encountered will diminish. If not I will be writing a less patient review. You guys can do better. read more

This place has been consistently good when preparing my keto pizza especially when I ask for it well done. There are other locations that will seem to use the standard time, and I like having the pizza stay in a for a bit longer so that it's a bit more crunch and reduces the eggy consistency. Brian, Fernando, and the ladies have all been consistent with their service when I've come in, and I've started driving out to this location more versus the Indian Hill location (even though I live around here) because of the consistency. I ask for my order and they can't find it because they haven't taken it off the online ordering machine yet along with 5 other orders. He looks me in my face and tells me he will start working on it right away only to set it down and start working on another customers pizza that came in after me to ask about their pizza and finishes theirs before starting mine all in front of my face while I'm staring at him. Doesn't apologize for the wait doesn't offer anything for service so bad I wouldn't wish it on my mother in law. They might not always be smiling, but they never give off a "I don't want you here" kind of vibe. Also I asked for a fresh salad and was told they have no more. Ask for a extra salad dressing and was told it was now extra fee? No where does it state that and was not going to use my card again for this. My pizza came out not even cut right very sloppy. I wish the owner would contact me so it can be changed.
