Went to have breakfast here today after my chiropractor appointment. I have eaten here many times but I guess never reviewed. The cooks are very good here.the servers are too but maybe they are just short staffed. Anyway I didnt know you can sub pancakes for free on the All American slam. The service and server was ok. We got there and we were one of her only two tables there. She wasn't rude but she wasn't as friendly as i'd hope. She BARELY came to our table. She maybe came 2 times to take our order and to drop off our food. After that, it was the kind bussers who helped us out the rest of the night. The food on the other hand was not good at all. I've been coming to this Denny's for many years, but the last 3 times I've gone I've had a bad experience. Perhaps they're short staffed or bad management? Who knows! Just this past Friday, we were seated at dirty table with dry syrup, like a lot, I got a coffee cup with lipstick on it, I got two pieces bacon about 3 inches that were all fat, my eggs were cold, my server never came back to see if needed anything and never got my coffee refilled. My gf and I came in for breakfast. I had the Sirloin Steak and Eggs and my gf got the Chorizo and Eggs. Both were very good! It's a nice, quiet morning here. Great food. Great service. Great everything. What more could I want or even ask for. Andrew was an amazing host. Even when my cup was a centimeter low on water, he made sure my cup was full to the brim. He also added two lemons to our water. He accommodated our dietary restrictions and I appreciate him a lot for that, especially since we're about to start our fast for Ramadan. There has been recently a change in management, which is noticeably evident in the service I received today. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:30 AM. I noticed there were only two servers and many of the tables were filled with customers. One of the servers greeted and acknowledged me, said that they would be right with me . Nearly 15 minutes later I was still waiting to be seated. I was asked for my drink order and waited approximately another 10 minutes till the server came back with my drink and to take my order. My meal came out approximately 10 minutes later. The Buttermilk pancakes that I ordered were lukewarm. The only positive that I can write about is that the food quality was good with the above exception. I'm not sure if I would go back after today unless I could use one of my promotions. I hope things change for the better, as I always enjoyed eating here in the past. read more

Hi it's three stars this time as still a fan of the restaurant but not this location. My sister and I went there for what was supposed to be her free birthday grand slam. Because she couldn't find the right place on the app on her phone they wouldn't give her one instead 10% off the bill. I don't know if I'll be safe coming back there for my free one next year the like the one in Diamond Bar did. read more

Located off the 10 FWY, on S. Indian Hill Blvd. & Auto Center Dr. right by Starbucks. Parking can be a bit challenging if visiting during busy hours (because of Starbucks), but there's additional parking around Denny's building. We visited at noon for late Saturday breakfast, was very busy, and we only waited about 10 minutes to be seated. The food was fresh, tasted great with that authentic Denny's taste. The restaurant was clean and organized. Restrooms were also clean. Service was efficient. Overall, we had a good experience at this location. read more

Yesterday I was coming home from the Pomona Fair. I really wanted a cocktail and Hamburger but in that area most drink places were closed. I saw Dennys and new I could get a great hamburger deal. So I ordered off the 2,4,6,8 menu the 8 dollar hamburger did not disappoint it was cooked just the way I ordered it. The location was clean and the servers and hostess was ready and eager to work. The only bad part is the location is right off the 10 freeway and homeless people collect on the dark side of the building most times don't mind them and they leave you alone for the most part read more
