Stopped here for dinner and wish I didn't. It wasn't super busy, but the workers were complaining about how busy it was (I think they had a lot of online orders?) The place was really messy, especially where they were working. They had other food items mixed in other bins (ex: cucumbers with the tomatoes). The two young men working were also making comments about customers that was unprofessional. Apparently there is also a local (homeless?) man who walked by and the workers were freaking out that he was going to come in again. A regular who has episodes? The customer service was horrible. Not like rude but just didn't have a clue, what was going on. From our online order that was partially completed, to the extra sandwich because someone couldn't count add 5+4. Will not order online again. But I might go in cuz the sandwiches were good. But if you're in a rush, then go somewhere else. read more

My husband and I went in and were not spoken to by anyone for about 15 min..there were 3 customers in front of us..one worker (Cameron) was making their sandwiches..another worker not doing anything..after a few min of eavesdropping I figured out that the customer worked there and was off duty. The customer instructed to not ring up some of the sandwiches that were made for him...(side note..as the woman worker was not helping her coworker while we were waiting..she proceeded to call someone, a friend or partner..and take their order, and make their sandwiches) all this while we sat there for almost 15 minutes! Having to travel in the middle of a pandemic is not by choice, but have to eat. Signs on outside of Subway regarding COVID restrictions, number allowed inside at one time, masks, etc. No employees had masks, lots people in line, no masks, and no limit. Need to hire better help that can keep up. Ordered online and had to wait 25 minutes after scheduled pickup!

Alright so first of all...I understand that the people there you know are GREAT people. They're just trying to do their job and I can respect that...but I gotta say some stuff real quick. The Online Service for this Subway anyway...SUCKS, save yourself a wrong order and just order in person. The last two times we ordered from online they got the orders wrong, first time they just got my order wrong and that was about it, they didn't add more chicken to the protein bowl for the order and they didn't add the avocado...not really that big of a deal, maybe they were just new or something like that. The second time not only did I they get the order wrong but they also got the parents order wrong too, burned the bread to moms sandwich and didn't add Olives to dads sandwich. While that might seem pretty trivial, it still happened twice in a row bruh like come on they had to pay extra for that. read more

Visiting crescent city over the Labor Day weekend. Ordered sandwiches on line, went to store to pick them up and employee couldn't find the order and said they hadn't received it. Wanted to send me to another store but I told them the order went to this store by referencing the phone number. So.. 10 minutes later, one employee walked to the back room and mine was the only online order and it was sitting there. So how do you screw that up??? I ordered my sandwich after 20 min of waiting in line. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The avocado was literally black. Not even over exaggerating. I asked if that's all they had and she said yup and continued to make my sandwich. I was pretty grossed out. I paid my $9+ and left. I go to my office at Family Connections around the corner and a BUG CRAWLED OUT OF MY SANDWICH! I started to freak out because I already took a few bites. I immediately squished it and called over to the store. I didn't get a receipt, so I didn't have proof of purchase, but the gal recognized my order and I told her I had pictures, a charge on my card and I could bring them the sandwich. She told me to just throw it away and I could get a refund after work. Needless to say, my experience was not the greatest. This is a Subway which is lucky enough to boast that it has Free WIFI inside so while you enjoy your sandwich you can also answer your email's. The food is good, fresh, and plentiful. The service is better than most Subway's say hello to Marlene while your there. If your just looking for a quick lunch on your way through Klamath this is the place, and remember if going North you won't get another chance to eat for twenty miles. Take the time and enjoy the coast, after eating here hit Wilson beach right past the Tree's of Mystery for a breathtaking view of the ocean. Let the kids run off some of that energy before heading into Crescent City. Being that it is situated inside Pem Mey Fuel Mart there is a wide array of beverages available. Just went into the subway and the girl behind the counter was fantastic! She built my sandwich the way I asked for it as it was being built. She made an extremely nice salad for my wife. Very friendly and personable. Had a nice smile for the customer. Someone else came in while I was there and she was very polite with that person as well while I was there. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick sandwich bite. read more

so I went in and got a wrap and the younger man that was helping me didn't ask if I'd like my sandwich heated and didn't really listen to what I wanted in my wrap and his body lay gave and attitude was very off putting he made me feel very uncomfortable and I almost left but I was Hungary I usually like subways sandwhiches but the services I got today was very bad and not appropriated at all not going back in there if that you don't man is working again read more

I ordered a 6inch got I think a 3 1/2 inch sub. Sprite flat, dirty, service is the worst ever!

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Over a few year period I have purchased a sandwich here about 15 times. Today I ordered a 6" wrap and was charged 9.50 for it. I told the cashier that I ordered a 6" not foot long, he said you get charged for a foot long when it is a wrap. I said where does it show that price on the menu, he could not find that price on the menu but said that is what they charge. I really wish I had said just keep it then and walked out. None of the workers had masks on, I will never be back. As a manager in the customer service industry I have noticed a lot of issues with this place over a 3 year period but continued to keep giving them a chance to earn my business. They are completely out of chances with me! I just found out today that there is another Subway in Crescent city by the Walmart, I will go there and try that one next, I hope it is not she same owner. read more

Why is it that every single freaking time I go into Subway to order a plain sandwich...nothing fancy, that there is someone always being stupidly particular on what to put on their sandwich???? If you are 300 pounds plus and counting the veggies that go on your sandwich....you are an idiot and should just hurry up and let the rest of us get our sandwiches. Ever Friday for the last two months I make an order for two subs and I all ways call in hour before my wife will pick them up. Every Friday they screw up my order and when I call they stop short of saying sorry and never ask to fix the order or replace the order. I order a small Turkey with lettuces and mayo on toasted wheat bread and she gets a cold Turkey with no lettuce. And my foot long is missing the onion's and is not toasted, and Flat bread is best toasted to me. So to day I called the No. 101 Store to ask for the Wall Mart store # and they gave it to me and then asked why I was not making my order with this Friday, I told her and she said to me " oh well That's fine " and then hung up on me. Nice, Great customer service. I was a GM then a Area Supervisor for Papa Johns Corp. in Denver Colorado for 4 years and GM for Domino's Pizza in So Cal. for over 12 years and never seen or herd of customer service I have dwelt with at this Sub Way store.
