I will not be returning to this dennys. Our server rushed me to order a drink while i was trying to prepare a bottle for my son and use the restroom which i found really rude. Shortly after we received our food the server decided it was okay to go into the bathroom to make a personal phone call and cuss out someone out. She was so loud and obnoxious using strong profanity that a customer "male" walked into the ladies restroom to ask her to keep it down. My husband and i were unfortunately seated at the booth right next to the bathroom door. Later, after she came out and tried to get her attitude together, she proceeds to come over and apologize for the yelling. However, her apology was crap and i kid you not, word for word she said "sorry for the yelling, i have some retard in jail that cant seem to get his shit together" i was so dumbfounded by her comment that I literally could not respond. This is how workers get to act while i am eating my meal? MY SON was at the table to hear this. This was unbelievable. To top it all off, my meal was over 50$ and when it was time to pay i set my card and my bill to the side of the table while i packed my diaper bag up and boxed my food, she comes to the table and says "i cant take your card like this, you will have to come to the counter and pay" i knew this, i have eaten at dennys before. I wasn't in a bug hurry to get up and pay when i needed to situate my son in his carseat first. I kindly said, i know i will be up there in just a minute. When i got up to pay the lady i believe it was christine,? No one came up to let me pay my bill. I waited for atleast 5 minutes just standing there waiting to pay with no one in line. When i paid my bill i did not leave a tip. I know its rude not to tip but our experience was horrible. This was the first meal we had eaten all day coming from siskiyou county and we were extremely pissed off and upset over our ENTIRE experience. When the receipt printed and she saw there was no tip she literally said "ha" then threw the receipt away and laughed as if she deserved a tip. Never again will i return. We understand people have bad days, but this behavior was absolutely unacceptable read more

At the moment they are closed temporarily with opening in November after the election. This establishment is very well known; there's going to be people who love us and people who hate us and I'm sorry for that, but when I'm there working as a server or a manager I try to help make everyone's experience just as good as the last. My bosses are amazing and try their best when it comes to the restaurant sometimes more then that. All I got to say is give us a shot who knows you may fall in love with our famous moons over my hammy breakfast yummy ( I eat mine with some ranch) or even our awesome mouth watering original grand slam our pancakes are the best they have ever been! Our staff is amazing and our place is always clean so please don't hesitate give us a try who knows you might belong to our growing Denny's family. read more

the manager at dennys in crescent city is soo rude! im sorry but if anyone is not acting appropriate in the store the more professional way of dealing with it is to politely go to their table and if need be ask them to leave and then call the police if they dont leave.. dont yell so loud at them that the whole restaurant hears what is going on just to make them feel embarrassed! read more

We spent over $50 for what ended up being the plainest, most disappointing breakfast we've had in a long time. Won't be back.
