Since when does the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub made with shredded chicken???? My sub was definitely made with the scraps of chicken that they had left. (before you ask i ordered 2 hours before closing) To shadow said shredded chicken that wasn't supposed to be there, a ton of sweet chicken teriyaki sauce. like so much i was disgusted. Long story short, absolutely the worst customer service. We will no longer be using this Subway Restaurant or any other for that matter!

Wow- horrendous service tonight at Subway. Now, I realize it's a Subway and you're not going to get stellar service every time, but this was beyond bad. I wanted a quick sandwich, so my boyfriend and I popped in. There was a line, but lines tend to move quickly at Subway. Not this time... The woman working the counter was slow as hell. Like zombie level slow. She finished up the sandwiches for the two older women in front, and then there was a couple ahead of us. I figured I'd go across the street and get a coffee and that my boyfriend would probably be done before I was. Wrong! Apparently, the clerk took a personal phone call that slowed her down. I got back, and she was still waiting on the couple in front of us. 15 minutes later (and yeah, we should have left but we had a long day and just wanted our sandwich), it was miraculously our turn. The store phone rang (again) and she took a personal phone call while pointing at vegetables and waiting for us to nod to complete our sandwich. I guess she didn't think I knew Spanish because she was going on and on about her wayward brother. Nice. I'm reporting it to the corporate site. To top it off, we asked for mayo on half and she repeated back, 'Half?' and then put it on the entire sandwich. Not good at all. Very disappointed. I'm usually fairly forgiving because these places tend to get crowded, but I've never had someone take 25 minutes to make my sandwich and take 2 personal phone calls. Avoid this Subway! read more

I like Subway. I remember when it first opened - I was SO excited that we finally had a decent fast food place in town. I probably ate here once a week. Okay, okay, maybe twice a week. Since it's right near the train station, it's very convenient. I used to drop in all the time to grab a drink or a cookie. Occasionally, I still get a sandwich on my way home. No complaints from me. Service is usually quick, and most of the people who work here are relatively friendly. Oh, and one guy who used to work here all the time gave me free cookies on a regular basis... I don't know if they didn't sell well and they'd eventually get trashed or something, but they were always fresh and tasty. read more

They added new lemonade and Panera style drinks it's fantastic. The employees took my order and another ladies so seems like they can make more than one sandwich at a time. Definitely a fine subway imo! read more

I've eaten here about 20 times now. I'm not sure what happened with the reviewer below. Every time I've been here my experience has been very positive. The store is very clean, the subs are full, and the staff are always very friendly. The parking is pretty good. There are spaces out front but there are also more places to park in the back of the building, facing the railroad platform. I'm big on nice, clean bathrooms. Unfortunately this one isn't all that great but I don't use it all the time so it's really not a big deal. I would highly recommend this Subway! read more

Obviously, its Subway, so you can't expect the best stuff ever. However, after going here a couple times, I've been greeted with a smile, attention to detail was paid on my ingredients, and service was quick. The servers were friendly and joked around with me, despite it being later in the day (and who wants to be friendly at the end of their shift, eh?) Not the best sub you'll ever get. But it's Subway. And if you need something quick and pretty good, this is a good one to go to. read more

My husband and I ordered a couple subs here for lunch a couple times when we first moved to town and it was good. Then one night we ordered it for dinner... it was disgusting the chicken in my husbands chicken bacon ranch sandwich was still cold. My sandwich was hard a a rock and it had be toasted but must have sat around for a while. We ordered on the app, usually the order isn't made until we arrive however that night it was handed to us when we walked in. We assumed they saw us pull in the parking spot and started making it (it's a quiet town at night and this was pre-summer). When we got home and realized this we went back only to find that at 8:30 the employee working closed the store and was standing outside with a group of friends outside The store. I called several time with no answer. l did go speak to a manger who made us two new subs that were hot and fresh but weren't any better. She was very apologetic. I just hope no one else has to experience this. I would never eat here again and definitely wouldn't recommend it. read more

Alycia Catanzariti I have been coming to this subway for a little over 7 years and today was my first bad experience! The woman told me she would be right with me as she was wiping down the windows. I was asked what I wanted and I explained I wanted the turkey bacon guacamole wrap but instead of the wrap I would like it on an italian herb and cheese roll. As she is putting my meat on the sub she looked lost and confused and was going pretty slow. I was asked What kind of cheese? I stated "American" she barely put any cheese...4 slices to be exact not even enough slices to cover the roll and poorly placed. When the woman proceeded to pick up my sub for it to get toasted she dropped all my meat on to the white board that clearly was dirty but she reassured me it was clean and if it was not clean she would have just made me a new one?????? (Now with my experience working with food I myself would not want to give a customer a sandwich they watched me drop and pick up and place back together and also I believe the right thing to do as an employee is to make a whole new one for many health reasons and also caring about the customers.) After the drop I had to ask her to add more cheese. Now at this point the woman making my sandwich was becoming annoyed because I was annoyed and showing it (had every right to be). So she adds the cheese (sloppy) and she puts it in the toaster. When my sandwich came out I realized the sandwich came with bacon and she failed to add it so I had to remind her and she again was very annoyed. Puts bacon in toaster and asks me "Veggies" the sandwich also came with Avacado which I also had to remind her to add before my veggies...bacon comes out of toaster and she puts it to the side?????? As a confused customer whom is used to the bacon being toasted with the meat all together...I said can you add the bacon? As she is adding the bacon it's flying all over the place needless to say she had no care in the world how my sandwich was being made and she gave me horrible customer service! I know she is new because I have never seen her before in 7 years! I tell her the veggies she's adding with frustration. Wraps my sub up does not put it in a bag until she realized I was waiting for it to be placed in a bag with napkins like how everyone else there does it! in conclusion I get it when you start somewhere new and everything is different and at times can be stressful especially when you have regulars (like myself) who are used to a certain way of getting lunch. This was not a good experience and I paid for a sub I did not eat due to many health concerns and a big waste of my money that I will never get back! Sincerely A frustrated customer read more
