I decided to stop in for lunch as my client shopping in Walmart and there was me and another person standing behind me way before the two on line orders there was one customer before me and the employee decided to do the two online orders and make the people that were already standing in the lobby waiting for the to get their order taken I decided to leave because I feel like you could have took my order before you did those two online orders they are not there we're standing there waiting for our order to be taken but yet you do the online orders before you do the customers that are already waiting unacceptable read more

I'll keep it simple. One or several of their employees are extremely incompetent. Can't even take an order over the phone right while WRITING IT DOWN. both of my sandwiches were close, but no cigar. Almost like he confused the two and made them backwards. This kids customer service is terrible at best. The only words that came out of his mouth were "Kay....bread?....Kay.....cheese? Kay.... Toasted?..." not to mention my sandwich looks like it could have been made better by a 3rd grader. And this isn't the first time It's happened. Idk who trains these kids but your night crew sucks. Big time. Store was clean though. So you get a star for that. read more

I'm a regular patron of Subway, especially while traveling, as it's cheap, fast, and good. I stopped in to pick up for sandwiches for my family and it never occurred to me that you can't really just order something off of the menu. I know what my SO and I like on our subs, but when you tell them you want something off the menu as is, they seem confused. Me in my head "I don't know, my future FIL asked for X sub, can't you just make it like the picture on the menu???" So it's great to be able to get things exactly how you like them, but annoying when you're ordering for someone whose taste you don't know and they ask you 50 questions. read more

Every table was dirty during my visit today and there was even garbage on the floor. Very gross

Some of the staff there is always short and rude, I go to this subway on occasion for lunch because I work nearby. I have been to multiple subways and always get a chicken salad. So I'm aware of what they look like and what the portion size is... my most recent experience was a staff member giving me the smallest salad I've ever received.. she seemed unhappy to be there and frustrated. When I politely asked for more spinach she threw 4 more pieces on top. I remarked that it was an awfully small salad and she replied with "oh, well". Waste of time and money. I work in customer service and that's no way to make it in this industry. read more

The worst service I've ever had by far. The male fellow with the glasses and the female with long dark hair that served my friend and I both seemed like they dreaded taking our order, not even a grin on their face. They looked annoyed and unhappy. After my friend said he didn't want his sandwich toasted, she put it in the toaster.. directly after he said no thank you. The male that rung up my order after completing it, left mine and my friends food on their side of the counter without even an attempt at handing it to us. Very disappointed with my experience, not compelled to visit again. read more

I know it's Subway, but, Koko the gorilla could do their job. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have never been IGNORED by staff while trying to pay for my food. Not only did I have to wait behind a lady who took forever to order, but when it came to her checking out she forgot a coupon in her car, meaning I had to wait even longer for these incompetent employees to ring me up. At no point did they offer to ring me up, they just had me stand there. While I was waiting patiently an older man walked in to pick up his party platter. You'd think I would be rang up next since I was next in line, no I had to wait for the grumpy old man. I feel bad for the girl who looked as though it was her first day of work, I do, I wouldn't want to work with these people either. I have never been treated so poorly. Every time I come to this Subway I get treated like garbage. This place is a joke. read more

We have seen this Subway go downhill in the last year. The tables and floor are always dirty and yet the employees are standing in back, talking. Tonight the young man who made our sandwiches very obviously did not want to be there. Never cracked a smile; basically threw our sandwiches together. We looked in back and there was a girl opening a jar of dressing with her teeth! There was not a clean table in the place and there was dirt, crumbs and vegetables on the floor. This was at 4:30 and there weren't any other people in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were so busy that they couldn't take a few minutes to clean up. We like the Subway chain but we'll be finding a different one to patronize. read more
