Instead of an apology the manager blamed me (I must have read the website wrong/she didn't see it on the website, then when I insisted it was on the website, blamed the corporate office for the error). Frankly, I don't give a rip who's at fault - I want a sincere apology at the very least. And it IS your fault when your advertising an amenity you got ride of years ago.
