This Subway location touts itself as one of the only Subway lounges in the world. So what exactly does that mean? They have the usual system of ordering your sub - size, bread, meat, toppings, greetings and salutations etc. nothing including the price has changed. It has a large screen TV over a faux fireplace which actually is a heater but still looks okay, hey they are trying to make the location look unique and cozy. Compared to all the Subway restaurants I've ever been to, this one is the best. They are located in the same plaza as an Albertsons. The interior is definitely more inviting then other subway restaurants around the area. As mentioned in other reviews, they tried to make it feel comfortable with the fireplace, 2 flat screen televisions, and a couch. I always see someone constantly sweeping, wiping down the couch, or cleaning the soda machine everytime I'm eating here. I must say...they keep up with their cleanliness. This subway location does not skimp on the toppings. Everyone here is always so nice and they never have to ask you what you ordered again and again. (I've experienced it so many times where other Subway employees would never remember what I wanted on my sandwich every 2 seconds of asking whether I wanted it or not) So that definitely deserves a plus one extra star from me! read more

I needed a number of sandwiches for a day long retreat. Ravi and I sat down and customized my order from vegetarian to meat and cheese choices. I picked it up very early the next morning and the sandwiches were beautifully displayed and I could smell the freshness of the bread! At lunchtime, everyone complimented Ravi's work and said that they were the freshest and most delicious Subway sandwiches they had ever had. Literally worst service ever, don't come here. I came here to order a sandwich, and planned on using the restroom, but there was a sign taped on the door. Not being able to see it from my place in line, I used my phone camera to zoom in and take a picture of the restroom door sign. The lady working the front immediately shouts at me saying "EXCUSE ME WHY ARE YOU TAKING A PICTURE?" In front of the whole store. I respond that I was taking a picture of the sign, to which she responded with so much attitude"Do you need a picture of the sign?" I proceed to tell her that I literally can't see the sign from where I'm standing,and I didn't want to walk over to the bathroom and make her think I just came to use the restroom without making a purchase (because I know many businesses don't appreciate this). She then proceeds to laugh it off as though she didn't just show me the most disrespect. The car was full of hungry young adults. We looked for the nearest food joint we could find. First destination, Carl's Jr. As we pulled into the Carl's Jr drive thru we saw the subway sign across the street. All our mouths began to water as we were growing more excited by the idea of a nice cold, fresh sandwich. Without saying anything we took off. Finally inside we began to place our orders. However, that's where our visit took a turn. To my surprise, the employees were very rude. By the time we finished ordering every one who came in with me had the same complaint. Received a gift card for Xmas for Subway. Visited this location - ordered a sandwich that I have eaten here on several occasions. That evening was awakened at 3:00 am by excruciating stomach pain. Became violently ill - also had trouble breathing, beside diarrhea, vomiting and a cold sweat. Had to talk myself out of visiting a hospital. Believe I had food poisoning or my food was contaminated by something I may be allergic to. Never been sick like this from a meal. Good sandwiches, but every time I eat breakfast here they are either out of coffee, or in the process of making it. This, at 9am in the morning when your customers are expecting hot, fresh, good coffee. Yesterday I waited for the brewer to finish. Two diners drew a cup apiece. I drew my cup, and halfway through my wife's cup the brewer ran out! Who brews 3-1/2 cups of coffee in a commercial brewer? These employees need training to teach them not to run out, and how to brew "good" coffee. All diners expect good coffee now that even the fast food outlets are serving premium java. Please try to improve this so I don't have to look for a new breakfast joint. read more

I know. Rating a Subway five stars is nuts, but if you keep your expectations in the Subway-experience mode, you will walk away saying this is the BEST Subway on the planet. It's redesigned interior has two huge big screen hi def TV screens, a comfy couch, lots of oulets to plug in for those working on laptops and has reaally great coffee. There is a woman working at this one who is, even for a Subway, really substandard. She simply could not care less about her job, apparently has not heard the term, "customer service" and doesn't even care enough to ask if you want cheese on your sandwich. If you ask what sandwiches are available for $5 she acts like you're some kind of leper and she always seems to be wearing a sneer. The TV and fake fireplace (big whoop) do not make up for her incredibly rude shitty attitude. On top of this, the toppings there look rather tired and old, with the exception of the tomatoes, which were green! (They weren't even fried, goshdarnit!) Terrible experience. I ordered a sandwich via the Subway phone app. I showed up at the designated time. The store was empty other than 1 employee. She was talking on the phone and it was clearly not a business related call. I could see my sandwich partially made sitting on the counter. I approached the counter and she shoed me away waiving her hand at me to leave her be to her call. I sat down and waited 5 minutes and she continued with her personal call shooting me dirty looks as if I were intruding in her time and space. I left and told her to throw the sandwich in the trash or give it away as I had already paid for it. There is a subway on every corner.....I would surely be going elsewhere from now on. read more
