The food truck has a nice Facebook page where you can find their weekly schedule. This is very convenient for finding the food truck. It was parked in front of Washlab on University drive. It is brightly colored and hard to miss :) The health department gave them 100 for their last inspection. Excellent score!!! I ordered a combo with 3 quesabirria tacos, a side of potatoes and guacamole with chips and a drink. It was a 7 minute wait to get my food and I was surprised as it was delivered to me. My tacos were filled with soft delicious beef and a container of consommé. Wow! These tacos were loaded with meat and very tasty. The consommé was not too salty nor too greasy. The guacamole was about 2 tablespoons worth with about 8 chips. It was good. The diced red potatoes were so delicious. They were excellent. My combo scores 5/5. From a meat to taco shell perspective, this food truck was 3rd and second in taste. The quesabirria tacos they sell are extremely tasty and I will return to buy more. I saw several things on the menu I want to try. It is impressive they score a 100 health department inspection. If you like tacos, please try the quesabirria tacos.
