They were obviously, very shorthanded, but the person behind the counter appeared to have only 2 speeds; slow, and overwhelmed. It took her almost 10 minutes before she even came to the window because she was serving another customer at the inside counter. By the time I received my food, it was 8:42 (over 30 minutes from the time I got to the drive thru, and the originally scheduled pickup time).
