The Happy Meal wasn't included, and my nuggets didn't even include the sauce. I don't have a car to pick it up myself, and neither the store, corporate, nor DoorDash would resolve the issue. The store suggested placing another order to get the missing Happy Meal, but I shouldn't have to pay for another delivery fees, service fees, driver tip for a mistake that wasn't my fault. DoorDash refused to provide compensation or redelivery, and McDonald's corporate keeps sending me back to DoorDash. Honestly, it's not worth using the app for delivery -- even for reward points -- because if something goes wrong, neither McDonald's nor DoorDash will help fix it. Frustrating and disappointing.
