When I first arrived, there were several employees behind the counter and I was the first customer there, so I was confused why my prepaid online order, which should have been first in line, wasn't being prepared. Ordering ahead ended up taking much longer than if I had just ordered in person, which was really disappointing. Also sandwich bread was chewy and hard to eat, almost felt stale.
