Service was great given the amount of customer traffic on base during a major exercise. Kind of skimpy with the veggies. You have to ask for a little more of what you like. I used the app to make an order. I ordered 2 Italian bmt I picked them up and didn't occur to check them before I drove off. When I opened my sandwich there was two thin slice meat that I think was ham. One had tomato the there none. Besides not getting what I order when I contacted subway about my experience they said sorry I wasn't happy with my order. So it may not mean much to that owner but that's the last time I purchase anything from that location. read more

The absolute worst subway I've ever been to. Both subways in this town are owned by the same stingy owners and both are equally as terrible. I live here in town and used to frequent these subways until I caught on to their ridiculous habits. Let me start by saying that a friend of mine owns four subways as part of a franchise (all of which are unfortunately up north), so I'm quite familiar with the standard servings and portions that must be given while making a sandwich. As a whole, I enjoy Subway because it is nice to have a semi-healthy fast-food option in the ecosphere of burgers we live in. Well this Subway completely kills that for me, as it cuts corners in any way it can. Pay attention closely while they make your sandwich and they are literally knit picking at every single slice of lettuce they give you. You ask for a little more spinach? The girls behind the counter are trained to grab 2-3 leafs more. That's right, you read that correctly. Oh and don't even bother asking for avocado. A standard serving is half an avocado per 6 inch, which totals to roughly four slices, well these people grab two thinly cut slices and charge you $0.85 more! Forget it! The worst part? They get away with their stingy habits due to the fact that the customers don't pay attention to the obvious differences. If you really want a sandwich try El Taquero Deli or the deli at Safeway. These are much better options to satisfy your sandwich cravings. Or if you want to take the risk and get a watered down barely filled "Subway sandwich," stop here, and pay attention to the stingy money saving habits they do. My son and I both frequent this location, due to the fact that we get tired of greasy food when we are in a hurry. The inside experience is hit or miss. Just depends on who is working what kind of mood they're in. You definitely have to repeat yourself a dozen times to get your correct sandwich. Today I ordered online for the first and last time ever. I was in a hurry I needed to run a bunch of errands, so I put in the order and swung by and picked it up. When I got home the sandwich wasn't even close to what I ordered, and it was like they went out of their way to screw it up lol. There were two tickets one inside the bag and one outside of the bag that was the correct order I placed, but the sandwich did not match. The sandwich wasn't extremely horrible, but it's not what I ordered and not what I was in the mood for. I kept it, because I wasn't in the mood to go back, and I know not to mess with people handling my food. Especially when you get attitude 90% of the time there already. They need to get it together over there. Learn how to read tickets and get organized. They need to learn customer service, and how to listen. They need to take their food handlers courses again, and learn how to be more sanitary. They won't change because it is a family-owned franchise, and this has been a problem for over a decade there. Saw the two star rating and then read the reviews and saw the low ones were from years ago. I live in the area and frequent both Subways in King City, including this one. Last ate here a month or so ago, total of maybe 4 dozen times since it opened a decade or so ago In my experience it has always been a Subway. You get what you expect. Never had sub-standard food or bad service at either one. Service is friendly and efficient. Can't say that about many of the other fast food establishments here in town. read more
