I took a bite of that sandwich and I swear to you that my soul left my body because no where but heaven can a chicken sandwich taste so incredibly delicious. That was already disappointing, but what made it worse was when I went inside afterward and saw those exact same items being served to customers at the counter. It felt like the drive-thru customers were just being brushed off instead of getting accurate information. If items are actually unavailable, that's understandable -- but don't tell people something isn't available when it clearly is. It's confusing and wastes people's time. Customer service and consistency really need improvement here. If you're going to run a drive-thru, at least make sure the information you're giving customers is accurate.
