Currently sitting outside on their patio after receiving some of the nicest service from any location. From the moment we walked in immediate came to our attention even though they were cleaning the lobby area and helped us not feel pressured to order (indecisive) then had the nice attitudes and customer service both the young lady and young man . They personally brought our food outside to us when done and even made sure we had everything! The establishment is very clean and everything looks so good! Will definitely be back and hope these two get some great recognition! read more

Yo.... My experience was totes different than a lot of others. Came in on a Saturday night. Guy and gal were friendly. Made my sandwiches quickly. Got a veggie with a ton of the freebies and a BLT with freebies added. Sandwiches were solid AF. I prefer the sliced wheat bread. I went in about 6pm today to purchase 2 sticks of bread to take home. After leaving it dawned on me that they charged me over $6 for two sticks of bread. I called the other Jimmy John's and they all said they double charged me. When I called back for the manager , the girl who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and told me that they can charge whatever they want for for bread because it's their store. About a year ago when the really bad storm hit Carrollton and the power was out and houses were extremely damaged I bought a sandwich from this JJ and a girl with short black curly hair said I couldn't have the WiFi password when I was in desperate need to get something done for work. I understand that emotions were high but I couldn't believe how rude she was given everything going on. I ended up going to the Tom Thumbs Starbucks nearby where the manager was pulling out folding tables from the back for the community which was so kind of him. Everyone else at this jimmy John's is super friendly and I'm not sure if that girl even works there anymore but it really has stuck with me and I really do hope she learned to treat customers better especially during times like that. read more

Came in 45 mins just before closing. We wanted some subs for dinner and luckily Jimmy John's was still open while most sub place have closed at 9pm. It was not busy, we placed our order and received our subs less than 5mins. We sat down and ate our subs and surprisingly it was good. 8in sub..?? That's enough even forb2 ppl if you're not hungry. Ordered online at 6:31..we live super close to this location (less than half a mile). Our food wasn't delivered until 7:19 and they forgot our chips. The driver seemed super stressed and said he'd run back and get them (it's currently 7:38) and we still don't have them. I'm being generous and giving 2 stars because the sandwiches were good and I'm hoping the driver will actually come back to deliver the chips. But if almost 50 minutes and an incomplete order is considered "freaky fast delivery", I might as well order from somewhere else UPDATE: we received a $10 gift card in the mail the next day and a kind message from the new manager apologizing for the slow experience. Always fresh, fast, and delicious!! This location has a small patio and is perfect for . The staff has always been friendly, I've witnessed their kindness first hand when there were several guests in wheel chairs who were initially sitting outside but when the wind became too much he helped all 4 of them get settled at a table inside the restaurant. I thought it was pretty awesome customer service! What more can I say, oh my favorite used to be the turkey tom but now it's the beach club #12. yum so good! No complaints here. read more

I walked in and had forgotten my mask in the car, The girl working there screamed out ma'am! Do you have a mask! In a rude way and had a mean look on her face. I said oh yes I forgot it and immediately went back to my car and put it on, then I skied in apologetically, I noticed one of the guys helping put the orders together had a mask that was barely covering his mouth and his nose was completely uncovered (over the food) And then after the other guy took my order and I paid he didn't say anything so I said thank you and he said "yup". It has been a while since I went into this location and I remember that before all the employees were so happy and the service was super friendly! This is without a doubt the WORST Jimmy John's I have been to...When I visited this store for the first time, it was after their lunch service,and it was slow..I walked in and while I was looking at the menu, a young looking Sean Penn in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, asked what I wanted...I mentioned one of the sandwiches..and then he says, "That will be ...", whatever the price was..I mentioned that I wanted to order a drink and some chips, and to get it to go...He showed me where the drinks were...I walk down and get the drinks...I asked another employee where the chips were..he told me to go back to the front where I placed I placed my original order... Now, I have been to other Jimmy John's, but this was the worst...Instead of asking if I wanted anything else, a cookie, have the order to go or to eat here, let me know where the chips were (they were partially hidden)...The layout was different compared to others.. It gets worse.....A few days later, this employee and another one came to my place of work and offered us free sandwiches and told us they delivered (we are located on Hebron Parkway too, by Old Denton Tap Road)...We declined because we just ate... On Saturday, Oct 19, 2013 we had a Mathnasium Trimathlon at our location and needed to order about 6 Jimmy John Sandwiches, chips and drinks...Guess what??? They told my boss that they "don't deliver" to our business location, even though two employees had just been to our location and said they did...My boss had to drive there and pick up the sandwiches, etc... This is the third time I've requested something and they didn't get it right. It's not like I ordered a sandwich and requested two and a half tomatoes with no seeds or ham on top of my turkey instead of turkey on top of my ham. Haven't eaten at jimmy johns in a while, so I thought I would try it. Had the Vito, their Italian sandwich. First the bread was so hard that I had to cut the sandwich into pieces just to get it in my mouth so that I wouldn't have to break a tooth. Don't understand why their bread needs to be so hard. I understand that that is the norm. The various meats and cheeses were ok, but the Italian dressing was way too strong. The employees wear gloves to protect the food. However they pick up everything in the kitchen, wipe the gloves on their aprons, put the gloves back in your food without a second thought. When I told him I didn't want the sandwich because the gentleman handled three different things and then ran his gloves all through the tuna fish sandwich to spread the tuna out rather than using a utensil, he looked baffled that I didn't want to eat that. The manager who had been slicing lettuce barehanded, answering the phone and then doing cash register without washing, was also confused that I wanted my money back.
