I always love Subway sandwiches, made fresh to order. The staff is pretty amicable. My main issue is that they are sometimes on a block with no other eating establishments and they have no bathrooms. I find this disturbing with the number of seniors. I observed a woman, clearly in distress , seeking a bathroom. She ordered her food, then sought a bathroom and denied. Echoing what another person said on here: do not do mobile order here. Placed an order for pickup and got the complete opposite of what I ordered. I don't understand how they can mess up sandwiches that bad. We got two veggie footlongs and they mixed up our breads and there were a ton of missing ingredients on both sandwiches. They only put lettuce on mine and virtually none of the other veggie toppings I ordered. It was the saddest sandwich I've ever had in my life. I've learned my lesson though and will never get Subway ever again. If you want a good well made sandwich go to Capriotti's in Culver City. They're much better. read more

DO NOT MOBILE ORDER IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ASKED FOR! I just got completed ripped off. I attached my receipt and pictures of the sandwich. It's so pathetic looking and missing half of the ingredients. The guy gave me bread with some mayo, barely any lettuce or spinach and 3 cucumbers on a footlong. I emailed support for a full refund. The guy who made it was a younger hispanic guy with peach fuzz. Went to this location for the first time since moving to the neighborhood. I ordered for online pickup and chose the cold cut combo w most of the veggie toppings and sweet onion sauce. It was delicious! Only annoying thing was that I chose toasted in the app and when I got my sandwich it was cold. I have an air fryer so it was no big deal. The app said it would be ready in 20 min but we got there like 10 min early and it was in the pickup area ready for us. Will return! read more

I stopped in @ 9:15am while waiting for my auto to be serviced and asked for a breakfast sandwhich and was told they weren't doing breakfast today (found it odd as it was advertised), then asked for a cup of coffee and was told they didn't have coffee either. Although the space is small, this location serves a fine choice of meals. Yes, they serve the same menu as other Subways, but the staff and the time they take to receive your order and make your sandwich is worth it, especially around lunch time. The shop is clean and spacious. It can be quiet most times, but when the store is busy, there's always a seat ready for you. Their service is great. The servers always make sure your order is right and ready to go. I hope to return here again in the future. Parking may be an issue, so your best bet is to park on the street if you're able. read more

Probably one of the worse subways I've been to. I love subway restaurants and go all the time but this store consistently makes very sloppy sandwiches and wraps and the workers are unfriendly and look like they hate their jobs. I went a few times out of convenience because it's so close to my place. The first time I went the toppings all ended up wrapped up against the outside of my sandwich and I had to basically remake the whole thing. I figured maybe they were having a bad day or were just in a rush so I tried a couple more times. The second and third times I went the same thing happened and I was the only one in the store so they weren't busy at all. It was around 11:30 in the afternoon so it wasn't like it was just after opening or close to closing either. Needless to say I'm definitely not going back there again. read more

This is the closest eating establishment, nay closest *business* to me, and for that reason comes with some additional burden. I mean, it's only 128 steps away from the front door of my building (yeah, I counted - you expected something less from me?) so there's a lot of "what if it was..." questions it bears. Like, what if it was a cheap and tasty Thai place? What if it was donut shop? What if it was a good pizza joint? What if it was a gentleman's club? Oh wait, thats across the street, scratch that. But, instead, it's a Subway. Amazing! I can always sit down at this subway and get great sandwiches or salads with grand service. Today, I witnessed outstanding customer service from the two employees there today. One of the customers in front of me even told the manager: "these two should get a raise!" with a big smile on his face. The restaurant was spotless and tables were clean and hence welcoming to dine in. Do not ask for curbside purchase from this location. Their parking lot is tiny and very difficult to park in. The lot only holds 10 cars for several businesses. I was fortunate to find a spot. Then I pushed the I'm here button & NO ONE came out with my food. A young woman eating her own lunch inside said she came out & that I wasn't there. Well.... I was there the whole time & she never came out. I was watching the store front the entire time. I also tried calling in to see if they would bring the food out, and it rang over & over - no one answered & then it hung up. After 15 min I went in and collected my food that had been sitting on a rack. I have to ask, how hard is it to watch a parking lot that only holds 10 cars? My toasted food was now cold & my wife's sandwich which was not even supposed to be toasted, was toasted. So.... They also need to follow the order better. Needless to say, my wife was unhappy about her sandwich as well. It was a bad experience all around. I would give them a zero if I could. read more

the new FLATIZZA is pretty good. a pizza on FLATBREAD or the bread of your choice. i like the FLATBREAD and its springy yet chewy texture. VEGGIE or SPICY ITALIAN are better than PLAIN and PEPPERONI. 2 for $5 is a good deal. the pizzas are on the small side for pizza but two will do you for a meal. happy Yelping and here's to tasting life! :) read more

I never leave reviews for large chains but the customer service here is so amazing, I felt I needed to sing their praises! Maybe I'm just used to being serviced by people with blank expressions and/or crabby attitudes at fast food chains but the service I experience here exceeds that of most restaurants where $100 is easily spent. For a Subway, I must say this store deserves some recognition for two reasons: - Location - Customer Service It's close enough that I can grab a quick toasted sandwich on my way out of the house and on my way back home, at pretty much any time I would be hungry. There was a considerable line of customers (6 or 7 people in front of me) which made me consider giving up my Subway craving and go next door for some Indian food... but I stood in line and waited it out. To my surprise, I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! The best part of the experience was watching one specific lady order her extreeeemely particular and precise sandwich, and see how calmly and obligingly the Subway staff reacted. Subway is one of my favorite sandwich shops! What I love about this place is that you get a great deal for delicious sandwiches. My personal favorite is the turkey avocado sandwich, and I hear they have pesto now, so I'm very excited to try that! I love that you can mix and match your own sandwich and that it's such a flexible and individualized experience. This subway in particular is excellent, as the customer service is excellent. Young lady who served me gave me 1/4 of the avocado and when I asked her if she could add the other 1/4, gave me a look and also charged me double the price for the other 1/4? It's like there's a new staff behind the counter every week. This was the only Subway in the area whose register wasn't able to read/scan my gift card. They said their software was out of date. Sandwich quality ranges all over the place from really good to really sloppy. Like I said, the staff seems to change every week so if you get a crappy sandwich one week, just check back in seven days and maybe you'll get a new "sandwich artist." read more

Where do I begin? I ordered a cold cut and the kid grabbed the roast beef. I had to correct him. There was a fly flying around the meat and vegetables. As he's making my sandwich, he slaps the fly with the same gloves while touching my sandwich. I said never mind and left subway with such disappointment. I live and work within a mile of this Subway so I tend to eat here on a regular basis. I have never had visits stick out too much. However, in the past 4-6 weeks every time I go there every employee has been wonderful. Subway is Subway, the food all tastes the same to me but everyone has been so pleasant and makes me want to go back. I had two friendly gentlemen make my sandwich today and both were super cheerful (despite one getting in a car accident this morning). I will definitely keep visiting this place especially if the customer service remains as well as it has been! read more
