I've eaten at Jersey Mike's countless times and have always enjoyed the food, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I stopped in today but wasn't ordering because I had already eaten elsewhere, and I simply asked to use the restroom. Despite being a regular customer, I was refused. It felt incredibly unfriendly and dismissive, especially considering how often I've supported this location. Been going to this Jersey Mikes for a couple years now and the portions have always been inconsistent. This last time was the most egregious and so I had to post a photo. I ordered a regular Italian and what I received looked like a kid's meal. I also noticed I received two bread end pieces which I've never seen before. The flavor was fine but the portion size just doesn't justify the price of $12+ for a sandwich. read more

I used to live in west la and I'd go here maybe once a month if not more. I continue to return bc the staff here are friendly and the food tastes fresh. This week, the Timothee Chalomet staff member was very sweet and hyped up my day. The guy with the glasses always rings me up or passes me my mobile order. He helps me with my Jersey mikes app all of the time lol. The tall guy with the mustache is friendly and is always smiling. The girl wasn't working that day, but she's always efficient and so kind. I always tip this team bc they deserve it. My go to order is the number 7 turkey provolone mikes way, sub oil with mayo and add hot chili jelly. Recently found a hair in my sun mid bite. Was a brown/black facial hair. Maybe eyebrow or mustache I ate around it... anyways will still return bc I love the service and food at this location read more

I am a big JM fan having been to many in California and Arizona and I have never given one less than 5 stars which may be the only big chain with that distinction. This is another location batting it out of the park with great subs, staff and convenient location. Manager Charlie did an awesome job making my tuna sub. It was the best tuna sub I've had in 2023. I visit the Jersey Mike's location at Olympic and Bundy all the time, and while the staff consistently does a great job and maintains a great attitude, the one major issue that ruins the entire experience is the absolutely unacceptable air conditioning situation. It's clear the owner is cutting corners by keeping the AC on so low, and it's making the whole environment unbearable. It's miserable in here, and I'm not the only one noticing. You can literally see the employees sweating, which is disgusting when you think about it -- people preparing food in a hot environment like this? It's not right. These employees are working hard and trying to stay positive, but it's obvious they're struggling because the temperature inside the store is uncomfortable. It's unfair to them, and it's unfair to the customers who are paying for an experience that should be pleasant. I don't understand how a business owner can justify this. If you're running a food establishment, the least you can do is ensure the temperature is comfortable. The food might be great, and the service is usually top-notch, but when you're sitting here sweating while you wait for your sandwich, it's a dealbreaker. Fix the AC and stop being so cheap! Ordered here a few times recently, get to the store at the estimated pick up time, coming in when it's clearly not busy, and the employees are just chilling talking to each other. That's when I find out that they haven't started making my order yet. If this happened one time, fine, but it's been multiple times now. Giving two stars cuz the sandwiches are usually well made when they are actually made. But would appreciate if either the order time was updated so that it was accurate or if the employees would start making the orders on time. read more

I have visited several Jersey Mike's Subs around the Los Angeles area and this particular location on Olympic in West Los Angeles stands out to be one of the best! No matter what time of day or day of week I order from this location, the quality is always superb and the preparation and presentation is always top-notch. It almost feels as if the team working together to prepare the subs hold one another to high standards and they consistently deliver by producing delicious and carefully prepared subs. I will continue to choose this location even if I am across town and have to pass several other locations in route. The Olympic team in West LA is doing it right! I ordered a california club with extra meat on grubhub and it had options to choose each ingredient for the order. I didn't click on add avocado and add bacon because I didn't want to be charged extra since it was already included in the order. Since I didn't click on those, I basically just got turkey and lettuce in my order with no avocado and no bacon and had to pay full price for the california club. Nothing in my order specifically said "No bacon and no avocado" or any other ingredient. But I ultimately just got turkey, lettuce, mayo, and pickles. I called the store to let them know that I didn't get anything that was included in the california club that I had ordered. I spoke with Preston and he basically said it was my fault and that I purposefully had put in my order no bacon, no avocado, no cheese, etc.. He didn't put in any effort to address the issue. So I was ultimately left with turkey meat, lettuce, and pickles and had to pay $25 for it on GrubHub. Would not feel as strong if they helped address the issue, but basically just said that it was my fault and they couldn't do anything about. Terrible customer service. read more

I can not really decide to whether I like their sandwiches or not, but 3.5 stars do come into mind. Jersey Mike does make a tasty sub, but there is always something lacking. I think the meats are not as generous as it should be and their Prosciutto is lowest grade I have ever seen. They do get five stars for service with a smile. Went there later in the evening cuz I had a rather pathetic hankering for a meatball sub and Subway was closed. They couldn't make meatball subs here which was fine so I got the chipotle chicken sandwich with no cheese instead. Staff was super friendly and got me and my bro our sandwiches quickly. Was disappointed to find my sandwich indeed had cheese on it. It ended up being one of the most inedible substances I've ever consumed, and I once ate cardboard. The cheese made me physically sick and the chicken itself was the consistency of said cardboard.
