We stopped in here before one of my sons football games. The service wasn't super fast since there was only one employee. The food was Subway, it's usually consistent wherever you go! My hubby ordered the pizza sub, my kiddo a Black Forest ham sub and I ordered the spicy Italian. We all made our meals combos with chips and a drink. read more

Every time I have stopped in here (moments of desperation when I realize I am famished but have zero energy or will to make my own food....including even opening a bag of chips...) the place has been literally empty except for the single employee on the clock. That emptiness sometimes feels suspicious to a customer. But each time I have gone in, I haven't cared enough about it. It was certainly something I have noticed. Anywhoo. The subs I have gotten are fine. The employees are competent. Not particularly friendly, not a lot of eye contact. And you know what you are going to get with a Subway sandwich. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here for a sandwich. But if I was in the area (at Kroger) and at the point of not being mentally able to make my own dinner...there are worse places to go. read more

Walk in with 4 people in line ahead of me and 4 behind me with 1 employee in the building. Wait time has been 10 mins thus far and I'm still two from getting order taken. Even the staff member is having to apologize for taking too long because she is the only one team member in the building. Management should be ashamed of putting employees through that. read more

I used to stop in here and grab a breakfast flatbread sandwich occasionally after picking up my groceries. The last couple of times I have thought about stopping however they haven't been open even though it's been after 8 am. I was beginning to think that maybe this location had closed but today I stopped by at about 8:35 to give it one last look and I could see someone inside even though the open sign wasn't lit up. I decided to check the hours on their door and it says that they now open at 9:00 every day so be aware if you like to stop in the morning! As I started to walk back to me car the guy from inside came running to the door and called out to me and said that he could make me something because he was all set up and ready to go! I was starving so I gladly took him up on that offer! I got my standard breakfast sandwich (ham, egg whites and cheese) and asked him how long it had been since the hours had changed. He said it had been around 6-7 months. He was very friendly and I hope he knows how much I appreciated him making my sandwich a little bit early today! 5 stars for sure for great customer service!! read more

We went in at 7:40 on a Saturday night. The hours state they are open until 9 pm. First, the young lady making our sandwiches had nails so long she was having a hard time making them. Then, when we were choosing our toppings, half of them were gone from the display. A second lady working there was cleaning everything up and putting stuff away. Did I mention it was 7:40? We got our order and went to sit down. The second lady said "We close at 8 pm." I sat down anyway to eat because it was 7:45 and I could finish in 15 minutes. More people were coming in to eat and she kept saying " We are closing at 8". Finally someone said "Then lock the door." Seriously, it's a business. If you are closing early put up a sign. But please don't act like we are inconveniencing you. We don't have to eat here. read more

Dropped in for lunch. Excellent meatball marinara sub sandwich. Hot and fresh and tasty. Going back since in February most foot long subs are just $6. Can't beat that. This location (near Krogers) is very mod and updated and has a seating area-couches!! read more

Normally, I have no problem with this location, but I have a BIG PROBLEM now! We were not finished with our meal and we were told they HAD to lock the door, they needed us to leave! I've never been treated this way, not even at a retail store, much less a restaurant! DON'T VISIT THIS LOCATION! I only gave 3 stars because the guy that has been working there I'm not impressed with, the older man always nice but this younger guy is very rude last 3 times in 1 month . He is very skimpy on toppings and if you ask for something e.g. A bag for chips, carrier for drinks he acts very put out. I don't like being treated like this and will use different subway I guess. read more

The gentleman behind the counter today might want to pay attention to customers instead of staring off into space. The young lady was working herself to death while the gentleman did nothing. My girlfriend and were regular customers here for quite some time because we live less than a mile away and we throughly enjoy Subway due to our busy yet healthy lifestyles we try to obtain. The past few times we have went into this subway the manager (I'm not positive what nationality he is so I'll just say foreign) has been here making the sandwiches. Firstly he makes the sandwiches very sloppy, literally just throws the meat, cheese, veggies etc. wherever, which in turn makes it hard to eat and very messy. Considering he is the manager this is very odd to me. I have worked for a food company called Sodexo and I would attend different food chains and help the employees, one in which was subway, I was there a couple days a week therefore I learned everything there was to know about the sequence of making sandwiches and how to CORRECTLY organize them. Secondly, my girlfriend gets a veggie sandwich with ONLY shredded cheese and vegetables. Considering she does not get any meat, that saves the store money. When she asks for cheese he does not even put enough to cover half of the bread up therefore she asks for a little more and he always charges her for extra. I would understand if she wanted triple the amount of cheese, but she gets NO meat and barley any cheese so it is ridiculous that he charges her for any extra cheese. He also complains when she wants a lot of green peppers on her sandwich. Sorry sir, I did not know a small amount of cheese and a little extra green peppers would put your store out of business. Maybe it would even be different if we were not regular customers of basically every day, at least every other day. But we are no longer loyal customers to this Subway, we literally drive 2-5 extra miles out of our way to avoid that restaurant because of this man. Other employees there are not like this. It's very saddening to me that the employees seem timid and uncomfortable while the manager is there. It is just not good or comfortable customer service, very disappointing to see managers/owners like this! read more
