i placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready at 12:50 , so i took my lunch 5 min before. went i got there in the drive thru (no line) i got told that it would be a 10 min wait, the person didn't even let me say anything, so i waited and i said out loud "I'm only here to pick up an order" then the person said "well all DoorDash need to be pickup inside " i was like what? no answer ... so i pulled up to the window there was literally 4 people there!! they all looked at me and ignored me not even polite to tell me to go inside (btw i just ordered a sandwich and a small drink). So, at this time i have been there for 20 min!! so i had to park and go inside ... the person inside, asked what do you want to order? i told her i was in the drive thru waiting for you guys to at least ask me for my order, i placed an order on the app not DoorDash. They all looked to each other and she said oh whats the name and i told her and she passed me the cold sandwich and i cup for me to fill up!! First off they are extremely uncoordinated and do not communicate with each other. I stood in like for 10 minutes when i was the only person in line besides the drive threw. The took so long to make the sandwiches and kept need me to repeat the orders multiple times. If you're craving subway you could go there but if you're in a rush or want quality food i do not suggest coming to this location. After 20 minutes of waiting another customer walked in asking for all of her sandwiches on gluten free bread. They provided to give her normal bread resulting in her being upset with her service as well. read more

Love my local Subway, but it could be so much better. Customer service could be be faster, keep lobby clean and try to have fun. The bread needs to be baked in smaller batches more often. Subway built this business on freshly baked bread. I never get fresh bread and I live close by so I go regularly. Don't bother using the online app they'll only start the order when you show up making any advantage of ordering online worthless. Probably the dumbest policy at any subway in America. Desiree is always very friendly when we come in and has great customer service. Cara made my sandwich and it was perfect! It's so nice to be able to get a tasty, reasonably priced lunch with really fresh ingredients. I am really impressed with this store lately. Whatever bad reviews they got in the past must have been resolved because this is my favorite subway now. read more

I was prepared to like my sandwich artist, Alex, but as he made my sandwich I slowly became more and more horrified as this klutzy distracted kid slapped my ingredients on the bread with no particular regard to quantity or placement, maybe two pickles, two full handfuls of banana peppers, olives on one side, and chipotle mayonnaise mostly on the paper next to the sandwich. Alex maybe looked down at the sandwich twice while making it. I can't really blame him, he just obviously didn't give a fu*k, and I probably wouldn't either if I worked at the madras subway, where else are you going to eat. He also shoved his hands into the saucy ingredients to get the sandwich to close and then wrapped it up in the paper, getting sauce all over the wrapper. If Alex is a sandwich artist, he is the Jackson Pollock of sandwich artists. read more

Worst subway I've been to. Looked nice from the outside. Drive thru was extremely slow and you could tell my sandwich was made in another sandwiches' mess. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I was the only customer and was told someone would be with me in a minute, as she was standing at the bain, and the other one worker was in the lobby with the trash. It took her 5 minutes to finally put her gloves on, I just turned around and as I was walking out I told her her customers should be first., and that she lost a customer. I can put up with a lot. The dirty store, the lack of basic skills to make a simple sandwich, the poor customer service. What I couldn't stand is the workers bad mouthing the military or people in the military. I don't care if you are in the military or if your were married or dating someone who is in the military. I don't care what your issue is. You do not degrade anybody military or not in front of your workers and in front of customers. Especially if you are the manger. The veggies were really fresh and I swear to God Brenda made me the best sub I've ever had. Normally I end up with a slathering of things falling in and out of two pieces of bread, but instead I got something pretty that stayed layered and tasted great. Not the nicest subway I've been too, but not the worst. We were desperate and hungry. The food was good, but the bathrooms were dirty. They had limited fountain drink choices and no water that could come from the fountain drink selection. They had bottled water, but it was still annoying. Decent service.
