I ordered a footlong sweet onion teryaki. The nice girl behind the counter informed me that I should go ahead a pay for another tiny cup of meat. The simple fact that she had to push the upsale because she "likes to have some meat in every bite" should say how little this company gives a crap about its product. Um no damn kidding, who orders a sandwich and doesn't want to taste the protein??? What are you doing as a company? My wife and I went to this location for lunch and the guy taking my order was extremely rude and could definitely improve on his customer service skills. The bread for my wife's sandwich was so stale and hard that it was crumbling in her hands and she didn't finish it. Ive heard bad things about this particular subway but every time I go to this location the store is immaculate. The staff is always soooooooo friendly. They joke with you and make you laugh and smile. Not only is the staff great but the manager there who usually makes my wife and my order knows exactly what we want and makes it perfect every time. Even during their lunch rush, line to the door, with only two women working, they have smiling faces and satisfied customers. Love this location! Best subway I've been to yet. read more

My wife ordered our family subs Wednesday night and delivered by GrubHub, which was all sealed up. $50 worth of freaking sandwiches, no big deal but open it up to find out they didn't put any meat in her sub !!! Just bread, lettuce and sauce. Then the " manager " wants to call my wife a lier ??? I'm beyond upset . I spent $50 for sandwiches and you think we are trying to pull a fast one, freaking fast food genius. Then wants us to bring sandwich back down after we paid for GrubHub lol. At 8:30 PM tonight on April 16. I parked my car in front of the subway, looking into an empty subway with one employee with red hair, cleaning tables. All I was going to do was walk in and place an order and take it home to eat with my children the woman leaned over the trashcan, looked outside to the car and rolled her eyes. She continued to then walk away and continue to clean the tables. I proceeded with my children. I walked into the door and I as I opened it The employee sighs with discussed, rolled her eyes and said, " great now I have to tend to them, and finish wiping these tables, and proceeded to the counter. I was so disappointed in the fact that I hadn't even made a step inside the restaurant yet before her attitude was displayed I quickly responded you know what never mind no thank you proceeded out and took off. I can't believe that the owner of the subway has lazy employees. They do not want to do their job and this one clearly was not happy for whatever may be the reason the woman cleaned it is 848 as I'm leaving this review and this Subway location does not close until 10 PM. This subway needs to hire better employees that actually want to work and I have a better attitude. If I could leave no stars I would read more

My husband and I love subway! This is always the subway I go to since it is so close to our house. I have never had an issue with fresh bread or a long wait! They are always very friendly and happy to help! This last time the girl was so sweet she labeled our sandwiches his and hers for my husband and I! We will definitely be back! read more

The sandwich maker was asked if he had any green peppers (12:30pm) and he said no, none prepared. I said can we wait for some (and it wasn't crowded) and he stormed into the back, cut one, and brought the tub back and slammed it in its place. He needs training. He lacks people skills. It's obvious the people responsible for prepping didn't do their job, but NEVER take it out on the customer. read more

It is a nice subway. They are always helpful and polite and have a clean restaurant. During the "epic" ice storm of January 2014, they were open for lunch and dinner. There were a lot of people stopping in because choices for food were limited but they kept the line moving quickly and efficently. read more
