Subs were fine, but it's a dirty Subway. And it was DEAD - oh, and the drink machine is still broken. Seems to be an ongoing saga...

I hate to leave bad reviews but this subway is terrible. I came last week and it was cash only, today, no bills over $20. The store is dirty. Trash under the fountain drink station, dirt under the tables. There was bread sitting exposed where anyone could touch it by the hall to the bathroom. There appeared to only be one person working. After waiting about 10 minutes and the line not moving on top of how dirty the place was and no soda I decided to leave. Do yourself a favor and go to Harris teeter (in the same parking lot) and have them make you a sub sandwich there. For years this subway has been on the decline, not sure how they are still in business. I will not be back. read more

I went to the Subway at Stevens Mill/Harris Teeter shopping Center. The service was fine and the sandwich was good. I wanted a fountain drink and the machine was broken. I said to the girl " that machine has been.broken forever" As I sat and ate my sandwich, I noticed all thus trash under the fountain machine table and then looked around. The restaurant was dirty. Stuff on the floor , counters displays not wiped down. Then u looked for the rating(93.2) It's a restaurant. Sweep the floors and wipe tables and displays and replace the drink machine. Excited to see this Subway open up at the corner of Lawyers and Stevens Mill. Not your typical set up here... they have the "corner office" set up with a lot of space for seating and a nice outdoor patio. I am used to the subways that are located in tight, cramp spots in strip malls but this is a nice change. Also noticed that they are serving coffees and lattes too... I'll have to check it out next time I stop by. The servers were very friendly and quick. The store was very clean and well maintained. I like how the bread oven (usually is in rough shape since they bake their bread fresh every day) was still clean and prestine. Hopefully they can keep that level up. read more

Waited 10-15 minutes for a remake and the remake wasn't remade properly. I had to go inside the store with a fever to get it made right for the third time. Service was slow & they are inconsistent read more

So I went to the SubWay in the Harris Teeter complex at the corner of Stevens Mill Road and Lawyers Road. The two men working there were Michael and Griffin. They were working on an on-line order. They both continued working on the on-line order and totally ignored me for about 5 minutes until I said something. One of them should have taken my order, while the other worked on the on-line orders. This was not the case. I inquired what the delay in taking my order was and they were both rude and belligerent. So, I asked to talk to the manager and Michael made the call. I explained the situation and the manager did not apologize but simply said "That is the way that we do things here." I said that one of them should have taken my order, as I am in the store, while the other could keep working on the on-line order, as those who ordered were not in the store. There was nobody else in the store except the three of us. Then, the manager became rude to me and told me to "Have a nice night!" without resolving the issue. She then hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never eat there again and probably should have stopped eating there years ago due previous poor food quality. The employees were rude, the manager was rude, and the drink machine has been broken for about a year! Please remember this before you stop for food at this particular location. I haven't been here in years due to my last bad experience, which I had clearly forgotten about enough to let my craving win. Sssooo...paid for and had my kid pick up a 12" steak and cheese, extra meat, extra cheese. I received neither which of course I'd already paid for when I ordered online. On top of that it was cold. Not room temp, REFRIGERATOR cold! 4 yrs difference between visits, same problem, clearly the owner doesn't care and seems the franchise compliance dept doesn't either. Terrible experience AGAIN. It's subway, how can you really mess up? I watch them make our sandwich and tell them exactly how much I want of everything and they make it that way. It's aways our go to grab n go for when we go hiking. Clean inside and produce is always fresh. read more

The food was good. Service was alright. I had to wait until I completely finished my sandwich to receive my coffee, only to get a half full cup. When asked about it, the worker claimed that that was how it comes... I'll let you all be the judge of that. Attached is what I received. read more

This is a fairly new Subway in the Stallings area at the corner of Lawyers Rd & Stevens Mill. It's doing a few extra things not all Subways do. Along with now serving breakfast, it also features lots of coffees and lattes, muffins and other breakfast goodies. Pretty cool. It still serves up the traditional subs too. This store also has a nice outdoor sitting area as well. The service is friendly & all the food, in my experience, has been super fresh! I like it. read more

Worst customer service ever. The staff are rude and as a local patron, I expected more. This establishment needs to look at the way they treat the people in the community. I've come here multiple times and have tried my best to overlook the brash nature of their employees, but today I had enough. I was talked to poorly and my the woman fixing my sandwich was so abrasive I had to walk out. I will be contacting corporate for the way I was treated and how my family have been treated repeatedly. Only gets a star because of good experiences in the past with their college staff. I have to say Thursday May 23rd at 7:35 I had the worst experience at any subway I've ever been too and I've been to two that have been closed for poor service. When We walked in we got no greeting after being looked at and the staff, two older women one with long green nails that I'm surprised aren't a health code violation, continued to speak to each other and then finally began to serve us. They then proceeded to put the wrong cheese then their way of fixing was to with out asking just put the right cheese on top of the toasted wrong cheese, even with two "serving" of cheese didn't even cover the sandwich meat. They don't understand what lite means when referring to topping. I don't want to sound redundant continuing to add on but believe me when I say there is plenty more to complain about from this visit. read more
