Subway is usually a safe bet for food on the go. However, this airport location is not that. The line was out the door - usually a good sign. Until you get in and realize that the line is stalled because of the check out process. Mind you, no one says anything. The staff continue to make sandwich after sandwich, the guests get to the cashier and are told their credit cards declined. Every single one. Every single person. Instead of fixing the issue they continue to make food and watch person after person leave WITHOUT their food. Do better Subway or at least tell people coming through the doors that it's cash only. Who travels with cash anymore? Apparently not the 17 people in front of me. I lucked out and had an $10 I had stuck in my bag......now I have 11 cents extra. read more

Terrible, worst experience at subway ever. Got in line 20 minute wait just to sit and explain to the worker for 10 minutes on what my order is while she takes random stuff out. I ordered my food and the lady has no English I can't understand anything she says. I explain my order 15 times and she pulls the whole bucket of bacon out and says "you want 6 bacon" I explain it again and she stares at me for 30 seconds then gets her manager just so he can explain what a bmt is. Then get on the plane feel like I'm gonna puke the whole ride while I'm sweating. Get to my hotel in Vegas with a stomach ache and sleep for 4 hours still with a terrible stomach ache. Then the next morning I wake up go to the bathroom and had the worst diarrhea I have ever had. I filled the toilet twice and I'm guessing I have listeria because I have the same symptoms as that. I had a morning flight out of MSP and wanted to grab a quick bite for the husband and I. I think every person working here needed an espresso shot to move a little faster. Boy was it painful to watch. When I was finally at the front to place my order, I told the lady exactly what I needed. She took out the bread and stared at me. Then asked me again what I wanted. Having repeated it I thought she would be set. Nope. I had to repeat it for a third time. Really? It was the first time trying their breakfast sandwiches. Eh. I should have just bought a scone from the coffee shop next to them. Customer service here is non existent. I'd recommend going somewhere else in the airport if you're hungry. read more

Pros: there wasn't a line when I got there. Cons: there was a lengthy line once I finally walked away with my sandwich. Worst subway experience ever. The first worker had no idea how to make a 'chicken bacon ranch.' The meat was still cold even after putting it through the toaster. And I had the pleasure of standing at the cash register for over 5 minutes as three people made sandwiches. Once someone decided they were free to ring my meal up, I told them exactly what I had, paid, and asked for my drink where I was then looked at like I was an alien! Yes, I asked for the meal combo. And I paid. And it turns out she just couldn't ring it up right. All I wanted was a meal passing through. Turned out to be the biggest headache of lack of communication possible. read more

How is this subway still open? Horrible customer service, absolutely every bad review on here is true!! How is it so hard to make a sandwich the way a customer ask, how do you have someone who doesn't understand English on the register, how do you not have napkins available? The lady at the register was guarding the napkins like it was treasure. When people are traveling they want to be greeted and served food by friendly people who like their job. I USED to come to this Subway every time I fly out of MSP however, after my experience today, I will not be returning. I ordered my sandwich, as usual, and asked for a low fat mayo packet to go (I'm trying to eat healthy), which is a standard Subway offering. The woman at the cash register searched and they didn't have any. So, I asked if I could have them add regular mayo to my sandwich since I didn't get any sauce on it. They said yes, I paid and said thank you. After walking halfway across the airport, I discovered that the male employee who added the mayo to my sandwich had literally drenched the entire sandwich in it, including the wrapper so I got all over me while I was unwrapping it. I had to throw the sandwich away. It is not my fault that the place was out of the regular packets that are available but I was polite in my request. If this is their idea of customer service, I can only imagine what else their employees will do to your food when you're not standing right in front of them. Will NOT be returning. read more

According to the airport website, this subway was to be open at 4:30 am. Very long line waiting, but no one showed up. 5:15 came and went and no one showed up. So everyone went to the Caribou Coffee that was open at 4:30 am. Finally the two women employees showed up at 5:18am. When we asked if they would be open in the next couple of minutes, the said it would be another 25 mins. When I asked if they were supposed to be open by 4:30am they said that they were late because of the bus!! This is a poor excuse for being an hour late for work!!! read more

This is a convenient food pit stop on your way to the F or G concourse. It's right behind the Delta Sky Club. I had their BLT and as always it was fabulous. The line was long and they could have opened their second station. I prefer eating here than the domestic Business Class meal. read more

Rating is for comparison to other Subways. Normal Subway fare; no complaints. Prices are a tad higher than most, but very fair for airport food. Extremely friendly employees. I asked for pickles and jalapenos on the side. They wrapped them up for me in a cookie bag. Thank you. read more

Food was same as all other subways however the service was atrocious and it took the cashier three minutes to figure out how to ring up two kids meals. They said the kids meals come with apples not chips, I said ok, I will pay for the chips. Apparently that made the entire process shut down as 18 other people were waiting behind me. read more

I had to rate this one because they are not following subway standards. The standard for the meat for a footling is 8 slices of your preferred sandwich and 4 slices of cheese. This place 6 slices of meat 4 slices of cheese. I know why review it well that's because your being charged full price for something that your not getting, this is more a PSA for everyone but when your in a airport your stuck anyways. read more
