You know what your going to get food wise at a Subway. Just depends on the cleanliness of and employees at each location that determine your experience. We went to this one two days in a row. The first day the employee was great, took her time making our order was very personable. The second day a different employee helped us. It was like night and day in regards to the service. She just seemed very angry at life and seemed like she intimidated her co workers. No warm welcoming with any of the customers that walked through those doors. I have been to this Subway a few times, and let me say, I have also been to other Subways, and I love Subway sandwiches. But this Subway doesn't deserve the franchise name. The manager, owner, whomever it is wearing the dull maroon shirt needs to be reevaluated. I have been in several times and her mere presence makes the girls behind the counter uncomfortable. The one day I managed to go in she wasn't around and the girls were nice, and built my sandwich like they cared. Now, I am not expecting minimum wage employees to dedicate their three minutes to me while making my sandwich, if I wanted that then I wouldn't be at a on-the-go sandwich place. However, I do expect them to have a little bit of respect while I'm in the building. The sandwich I am requesting isn't for THEM. It is for ME. That's right, I'm the one eating it, not them. So if I want to load it up with sauce, I will load it up with sauce. If I want extra cheese then I will ask for extra cheese. If I want lettuce on a toasted sandwich then I will get that. What I do NOT want is to hear the girls sucking up to their crappy boss by saying how disgusting my sandwich is. I'm sorry, did you really just insult my sandwich? The sandwich I just paid nine dollars and forty cents for? The sandwich I may or may not have been craving all day long? This review deserves 0 stars. The supposedly manager on duty is very disrespectful to its customers. This is on Sunday, December 5th, at 2:15 pm. There are two gentlemen and a woman. The female was very rude, when I I asked to make items combos and she didn't hear me. I have a cough and my voice is raspy and she told me to calm down with my tone and went on to correct me, saying I didn't say that and went to get a water. I tried to get a word in, but couldn't finish my sentence to let her know it was fine and I wanted to finish my order. She went on to get more upset. I asked for her manager and she went on to say she was person in charge. I left with my order (even paid for it). This is ridiculous guys, people like this don't deserve to work. Nicholas at the subway 25970 Iris Ave Moreno Valley was such a sweetheart. My daughter went in there with the Choir from her high school. Well she order her food and ate it and threw her trash away with her ID and Small wallet in the bag that her sub was in. Hours later when she got home she remembered and called the store and Nicholas answered and went to look in the trash for her ID and he found it.
