He was waiting for us at the door, had tables set up for the kids, and even had things ready for them to take home. You could immediately tell how passionate he was about In-N-Out's history, the quality of the food, and the people behind the process. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to answer all of the kids' questions. We were also so impressed by how much care goes into every burger and order of fries. Isaac, our potato expert, showed us the fresh potatoes, Molly was our tomato expert, Vicki was our onion expert, Anthony worked on the burgers, and the lettuce expert and front register team member were both wonderful as well.
