Honestly this is my favorite subway location, I try to go here every time I drive to Utah. The sandwiches are good but the workers are even better! They are very nice and very funny, Mason and Patrick have been there every time I've gone and make me feel welcome in the store. I will continue to go to this location every chance I get! read more

I came through the land of potatoes for some gas and something somewhat healthy to fill my post ski empty stomach. Subway it is. After getting every veggie available and doubling up on spicy sauce and extra jalapeños, the cashier smiles and says "your going to have a food tumor". I felt proud of maximizing the free veggies to make a massive footer for $7. Then the sun setting shined through and reflected off the glass into the cashier's eyes and I laughed. Very good customer service the last times I've been in there. They make amazing sandwiches.

I have eaten here before and never had a problem, last night was a different story. I came in around 5 p.m. and felt bad for the gal working, she was all alone, I ordered and it looked like an online/call in order and a family came in after me. She made my order correctly and quickly, was polite and efficient, she appeared to follow all safe food handling rules. The problem was cleanliness of store/freshness of product. In retrospect I should have left once I saw the state of the toppings on the line. The cheese looked nasty and veggies old, nothing was covered with lids. I got my sandwich toasted but it didn't save me, sorry to say I got the food poisoning. I will spare you the details but I was/am an unhappy sandwich eater. This store needs a refresher on food storage, handling. The ice was empty, nothing stocked in lobby and again the toppings were abysmal. I don't know where other employees were but they may need a manager on duty. I don't blame the gal who was all alone or Subway, this is a store problem. Would love the owner to see what their store looked like on a normal evening. I will not be coming back which is sad cause I work nearby. read more

Given that there are a few other subways in Pocatello, avoid this one at all costs. The service was absolutely horrible! We ordered a few footlong sandwiches and the two employees there were so rude. There was a female employee and a male who seemed like he was the store manager. They acted very inconvenienced with every aspect of the sandwich making process - which is the entire point of going to subway! When they finished the sandwich, we asked the woman could cut the sandwich in half. She said "No, but you can." and handed us a plastic knife. Then both employees walked to the back of the store and just disappeared. It was so weird. Please avoid. read more

This place is the worst! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Every one of the employees has an attitude and from my interaction with the manager it is apparent that it starts with the management and cascades down from there. You should completely avoid this Subway at all cost. It is well worth the extra 5 minute drive to Firehouse Subs or Jimmy Johns. read more

We have been here many, many times, 90% of which the wait is extraordinarily long. This is a management issue that has not changed for years. The past 2 times we have had to just leave, lack of adequate staffing. Staff: rude 50% of the time. We will not be back, even when desperate. read more

Worst customer service EVER! I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes as I watched the employees inside serving other customers and ignoring the drive thru. Other cars pulled in behind me. No one came over the intercom to take orders. After 15 minutes i pulled through to go inside. When I asked the employee why they were ignoring the drive thru, they said it was closed(in a complete ignorant tone). There was no sign on the menu stating it was closed. When I asked them why they didn't come out to notify the cars waiting, they proceeded to tell me, in a condescending way, I could have just come inside. I asked who was the manager there and the girl being a complete jerk said she was. So i called the owner of the store to inform him of the incident. The only thing he says was he knew she was a terrible employee and she was going to be fired, but they didn't have enough staff to terminate her yet. He never apologized, he never offered a solution. Just more excuses. Don't visit this location, clearly they could care less about customer service. read more

This place is pathetic. My son & I stopped by for a quick lunch, the staff was unfriendly, every table in the place was dirty and we were the only ones here! I had to go back to the counter and ask for napkins and found all 3 employees sitting on the floor playing on their phones. I won't be back & I I'm local. Subway drive-thru I have a bone to pick with you. On the open seas, I scourge the land of Pocatello, Idaho to find the one safe haven for food. It's 10:00pm at night on a Sunday and my pirate-ass has been ravaging debater after debater in a battle of the mind and salty wenches ability to remove agricultural subsidies from their farming practices. I draw my sword and launch into their weak arguments about maintaining the dominate order of food production and thrust passionately into their claims about the US economy being dependent on the agricultural industry. MWAH HA HA HA you scurvy driven wenches, I am coming for you and all your bootie. But then alas! The ship has run aground! ARRRRRRRRR. I find myself at a strange island known as the Subway. Its bright lights and green colors intrigue me. I can only imagine the size of the booty it holds to bear such golden light from its shimmering fixtures of burnt glass. Lo and behold, it appears uninhabited, ready for my taking of its virgin sands, its illuminating body, its sweet and unadulterated pleasures. I jump from the ship's mast down into the deep black sand. I rough toward the light shifting through the hardest sand I have ever found, it does not shift under my feet, it sits as if stable and stuck to the earth, black and unmovable. My crew stands behind me, we are ready to enter the great abyss. I move my hand to the portal, ready to open. "WE'RE CLOSED." What?! The dream is gone. I am in Idaho. I am starving. I am at Subway and a man is telling me I am screwed. "What do you mean you're closed? Your sign says, OPEN. " "Yeah only the drive thru." "We have to order seven sandwiches... Don't you think it would be easier if..." "Drive-thru!" The crew is disheartened. The treasure is coveted from us and we are unable to reconcile the frustration, the pain, the suffering. We move the ship towards a channel called "Drive-Thru". A small bird box screams out to us "Subway. What do you want to order? " A crew mate yells. " Seven sandwiches" The box responds, "Are they the same?" "No." "Then we'll do them separately. Start" We fire our cannons at the box, hoping to land a perfect hit. The crew mate yells back order after order. "We're out of turkey avocado. We're out of Pastrami." They launch back, cannons ripping holes into the sides of our hull and our hearts. Order after order after order. The fight seems endless. Then at last, it is over..."Pull forward to the window," and the ship moves forward through the channel. We arrive at the chest, where the treasure lay. The booty is given to us, and a finders fee of 25.37 is requested. It is an unusual request, but the crew is too tired to question. Finally we arrive in the cave, our safe haven -- only to find the treasure is spoiled. Sandwiches were not toasted. Stuff was missing from some. None of them were labeled. ARRRRRRRRRRRRR. I am ruined. 1 star for preventing us from having to go the gas station to get food. 1 star for making the sandwiches around the order we gave 1 star for handling the drive-thru order...reasonably. i'm actually horrified after my visit today. i'm genuinely not a hard person to please. we're on the road and stopped in for lunch. group of people walk in and no welcome. yeah, that might be asking for too much. use the bathroom, literally looks like it hasn't been touched by a cleaning product in weeks. go to order food. every staff member seemed irritated. i get it, lunch rushes suck, but a smile, maybe?! we get our subs and turn around to an absolutely filthy dining room. disgusting and sticky soda stand. we tell the cashier girl, who has a terrible attitude. she pushes around some soda with a rag, doesn't even clean it, walks back to register. soda is flat. got the CO2 changed. eat our food and throw away our trash. trash can is full and overflowing. by this time the lunch rush is over and we are the only table left. every table dirty, crumbs and leftover trash. not a single employee came to check the lobby AFTER the lunch rush. shuddering because i have to use the disgusting bathroom again.... my sandwich was just okay. to my surprise, we did get a "have a good day!" on our way out. this place needs a little more adult supervision and some serious sani-bucket action. read more

We had great service at this Subway. Cody was helping us and he had a line up inside and at the drive thru when we came. He had a grumpy customer come in and he handled it so well, was very professional and apologetic for how busy it was. And regardless of how busy, he was VERY efficient, considerate and friendly with everyone waiting. Overall, best subway experience. read more

The last few times I stopped for lunch at Subway, the drive through was extremely slow. In fact, today I was told they would be with me in a minute. After almost ten minutes I decided to leave and was stuck behind another vehicle for at least five minutes. They are always short workers, and the service is very slow. The meatball sandwich had several hard chunks in it (gross!). They made me chip my tooth. After dental bills that was a VERY expensive sandwich. I have heard from some of his employees that they are encouraged never to wash their hands more than once a shift and that they should still come to work when they are sick. How disgusting!
