We've been on a Subway kick lately, and we've had really good experiences the last few times we've been in. I love my toasted philly cheese, and my hubby enjoys his turkey breast (loaded with veggies). We also appreciate that the space is always clean. The staff are friendly. I stopped by Subway and was the only customer in line. There were three employees behind the counter, all focused on online orders, but not one of them acknowledged me standing there. I waited 7 minutes before anyone even said a word to me. When I finally got my order and said "thank you," I was completely ignored. No eye contact, no response--just silence. My son's a big Subway fan. Me and my wife, not so much. My takeout order visit today was mainly a treat for him. The quality of the sandwiches was what I expected: tasty but not a great sandwich. My wife ordered the Rotisserie Style Chicken and they were a bit skimpy with the chicken. They were more generous with the meat for my Ultimate Spicy Italian and my son's Roast Beef and Cheese. So, 2 stars for the food. The third star is for the women behind the counter. They were the epitome of patience and great service. I had to call my wife to confirm the veggies and spread she wanted on her sandwich and the two women handling my order were great about waiting for the choices. I was also able to use two separate coupons which helped cut the overall cost, considering that my son had kindly allowed me to use his Subway gift card. To conclude, a great staff, clean restaurant, and subs that aren't bad. When we're again in the mood for Subway, we'll come back to this store. read more

Every single time I order online and pick up from this location my sandwich is not correct. They did not toast my sandwich even though it clearly says it on the receipt in BOLD. Also, did not add cheese on my sandwich. Also,didn't put my chips in the bag. 3 strikes you're out! I feel if you place an order for pick up they need to make sure everything is correct and right with your order. Never coming back and I regret tipping! SERVICE SUCKS!!! read more

This subway has fantastic customer service! The young gal working this morning was friendly (dispute being towards the end of her shift). She was prompt about my order, and cheerful with casual conversation. I have never had an issue with food received from this location, although this morning the cucumbers looked a little sad. read more

Ate here for the first time. The kids that work at this subway are so very nice and professional. The seating area was very clean. There is also a banquet or large party area to eat. Sandwiches were good, I have no complaints about this location. read more

Always come here after getting off late from work and it's always refreshing to encounter such great customer service from Marcy on nights! I went into this subway to order food for me and my grandsons. When I didn't get greeted, nor did they even notice I was standing there. The was no excuse for that at all, because there was only two theres ahead of me, then when the young lady behind the counter, finally seen i was standing there. She says what can I get you? I state what I would like, then she ask if the $50.00 dollars in my hand." Is that all you have, a $50.00? I said yeah, the young lady then rolled her eyes up into her head. This is a Subway, yes. But I give them 5 stars because this is my favorite Subway. I don't go to any others anymore because they can't compare. + LOTS of seating. No matter how busy, it won't feel crowded. + FAST Internet (yay!). + Super nice and cheerful staff. The BEST! Ordered a foot-long club and asked them to leave off everything except for the turkey on half of it for my young daughter. They told me they'd have to ring it up as two 6 inch subs for a total of more than $10. Seems to me that I shouldn't be charged 25% more because I asked to have 1/3 of the ingredients removed from half of the sandwich. Quiznos is only a half mile away in the Fred Meyer shopping center and they have never given me a hassle like that. And their food is better, as well as the service. read more

My son and I went in for 5 foot longs for my entire family (4 kids 2 adults) and this very rude employee Andrew told me and my son that we would have to separate and order 3 and then 2 because I didn't give him 4hr notice!!! Ignoring the fact that I've pulled a giant hair out of my mouth and then sandwich here, they tend to skimp on the toppings, which, at 6 dollars for a sandwich you better be able to actually see the stuff on it. The employees are rude, the end product is over priced and you will walk away hungry. Why spend 11 dollars on a 6 inch sub medium drink and chips when you can get double the food anywhere else?
