Wings could have been just a tad crispier but they were good. The highlight was the sauce. It was a good buffalo sauce with a slight sweet of sweetness ala TGIF wing sauce, though a little thicker. Loved it. One son had the smash burger which was very good. I liked that they use a quality bun. Nothing worse than a good burger on a mediocre bun. My other son had the chicken strips which were cooked perfect, crispy and flavorful. He had the buffalo sauce and agreed the sauce put it over the top. We definitely recommend and when we are in The Region, this is on our agenda if we're going to eat.

On this day however, I was charged double the price than before. The employee spoke with someone else when I raised concern and he validated that I should be charged the gluten free bread price -- although I wasn't purchasing gluten free bread. I kindly declined to make the purchase. As I was walking out the employee who was wrapping the bread raised her voice saying "I just wrapped all of these and you're not buying them!?" I was taken aback because that's actually her job regardless of what happens after she prepares the food. I definitely won't be returning and I hope the employee is given customer service training.

I was sitting there for nine minutes and 32 seconds before I got up and walked back up to the counter and I was like hey I was just checking on the tenders and he turned around and he goes. Oh I'm sorry he called back for more. I went and sat down. A gentleman brought me out four tenders. The table that sat down next to me ordered a chicken sandwich and you guys brought them out a cheeseburger. I'm not sure what is going on in that restaurant, but that was actually probably the worst experience I've ever had in a Culver's. There were several tables that were dirty. I had to search to find one to be able to sit down. I also thought the food was supposed to be made fresh with every order and my meal should have taken approximately 6 1/2 minutes to make because it was chicken. My food was out before I even found a table. I will not be back to this location. The gentry family needs to look into the staff at this location because something is going on.
