The employee who took my order spoke in an annoyed tone and appeared bothered from the start. I was polite and clear with my order, yet she acted confused and irritated. What was most concerning was that both employees were laughing, gossiping, and making mocking facial gestures while I was at the window. It was obvious they were talking about me and my order. I did absolutely nothing except order food respectfully. No customer should feel uncomfortable or ridiculed for simply purchasing a meal. Food safety and professionalism matter.
