I have never been to this particular location. It's no different than the ones that I have been to. Yesterday, my son was in Northridge and I told him to bring me 2 Cheeseburgers with lettuce, tomato, one with grilled onions and the other one w/out onions. Of course the delicious Thousand Island dressing. He got home SUPER LATE and I wasn't able to eat and enjoy my burgers. I am not a fan of their fries, but do love their shakes. Especially the vanilla shake. Didn't get anything to drink. Well, I just finished my burgers and they both tasted very good. Just like if I were to eat at the restaurant. He said service was good by couple of their employees. Has a drive thru, 2 clean gender neutral restrooms and the restaurant itself was very nice, standard size and very clean! It's always good to go into a restaurant or a fast food service facility and get the service the quality of food and cleanings that we should all always receive. This is probably one of the only fast food establishments. It doesn't matter what location you go to whether it's in this state or in another state you're gonna get quality food always each and every time never have an issue with the employees.. The employee seem to enjoy their job why In-N-Out pays an average anywhere from $20-$25 per hour. When upper management take care of their employees, the employees turn around and take care of their customers so many times I've gone into restaurants where you can see the demeanor from the employees because they're not taking care of or they're overworked appreciate the employees that do a great job, commend them and reward them Always consistent with the quality of their food service and most of all cleanliness great job in upper management. read more

What I love most about In N Out is the consistency of GREATNESS at every location I have visited. I have visited this location a few times now and i always get great service and my meal is perfect. This last time I picked up a double double, mustard fried with onion and whole grilled onion, no spread and sub for mustard, and with extra cheese AND THAT BURGER WAS GLORIOUS. Truly a 10/10. Getting it mustard fried, it comes with pickles so just a heads up on that. I have came here between 11am and 4pm and they're not that busy. The staff at this location all deserve a raise. This is by far, my favorite location to visit. The staff here is very fast, friendly and attentive. The burgers are always made with love. I go to this In n out often, since it is close to my house. I'm giving it a 4 star because there isn't always the best customer service at the drive through. The food always tastes good. Of course it is always busy there but you should always expect in n out will be busy! My issue is if ever we ask for spread and peppers, a lot of the time someone will forget to add them inside the bag, even after I ask if the spread and peppers are inside, they will just say yes and try to get you out of there. A lot of the time, when asking for spread of peppers, there's a weird attitude given by the person handing your food... not sure if the owners don't want them to give out spread and peppers....i can understand if they're being pressured by the owner and manager but if not, then why be that way? Let's be real, all in-n-outs are crowded and have long lines. This location is arguably the fastest inside and in the drive thru. But, good luck finding seating or getting in the drive thru on a Friday/Saturday night. Always such a classic atmosphere with the colors and booths. Whoever is not aware of IN-N-OUT Burger in Southern, California, then they've been living under a rock. Plenty of reviews of In-N-Out here but realized I have never review this location and there is a bit of a positive update as well. This In-N-Out typically is very very busy and the car line can get quite long, but with raising canes opening across the street from them, it has tamed the long drive-through line quite a bit at least the last few times, I have visited here. Even inside seemed a bit less crowded so although that may not be great, in In-N-Out's mind, it is great for the customers because it was always crowded and pretty long lines. So in the long run customers will be happier and have a better experience. Food is amazing and fresh, fries are controversial, overall one of the best burger spots out there. Enjoy! read more

This In-N-Out is located on Tampa, in front of the busy Costco. During the lunch rush & dinner rush, you can expect to see the line of cars on the main street awaiting to get in. There are several businesses nearby that share the lot, but plenty of parking by Costco area too. I dislike coming this way on the weekends, as this area is super busy. But we lucked out on a Saturday night around 11pm. There were several cars waiting in line at the drive through, but we went through pretty quickly... Been to this location many times. We have been a fan of In-N-Out for years & will continue coming to any nearby In-N-Out locations, especially for those late night bites. We know our cravings will be satisfied. It's a simple menu & we'll definitely come for the price. Love me some animal style fries. Note, it's not on the actual menu, but it's part of the secret menu. Which isn't considered a secret to long time veterans. Something about French Fries with American Cheese, Spread & topped with grilled onions, just gives me comfort food vibes... Slowest in n out line I've been in. San Fernando location is way better with taking orders.

I'm really only dinging this location for how backed up the drive thru gets. If you're not starving, there are a few other In-N-Outs in the area. I would just go to one of those. The drive thru wraps around so easily that it often blocks the flow of traffic throughout the rest of the parking lot (the Costco gas backup doesn't help that either) but it also makes it tough to get into the parking lot for In-N-Out or the Petco across the way. I highly recommend, if you must eat here, to plan on going in to order to go and to park across the way in the Costco parking area and just walk over. It'll save you plenty of time. With that said, when you get in and get your food, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is as good as you would expect from any other In-N-Out. I just feel like with the other 2-3 locations I can think of in this general vicinity, the drive thru backup is enough to put this location at the bottom of that list. read more

I'm a big fan of In N Out, and I often stop in at one of their locations wherever I might happen to be for one of their delicious hamburgers. Not only is the food great, but the prices are very reasonable. It's pretty consistent from location to location. However, this particular location is located right near the entrance to the parking lot of a very busy Costco, and so there always seems to be a steady stream of heavy traffic going in and out of the parking lot. They can get very busy here, so if you don't like crowds you might try to avoid peak hours for this particular location. read more
