On my most recent visit, I ordered a simple meal and ended up dealing with food that didn't sit right at all. Shortly after eating, I got sick, which honestly was the last straw for me. Whether it was improper handling or just lack of attention in the kitchen, it's completely unacceptable for a major fast-food chain. Beyond that one experience, the general decline in service and food quality is noticeable. Orders are frequently wrong, staff seem overwhelmed, and cleanliness doesn't feel like a priority anymore. It's disappointing because Wendy's used to be a reliable option, but now it feels like consistency and care have taken a back seat. Definitely not somewhere I trust to eat anymore.

I placed a mobile order and the staff brought my tray of food which was really nice. This was the first time I saw what I am guessing was a regional manager or maybe a lead on site. He was actively helping his team and going around asking customers if they were okay. That is the first time I have ever seen that at McDonald's. Wow this is real customer service. I ordered the six dollar meal deal with the burger and fries and everything tasted exactly how it should fresh and good. I hope they continue to keep up their cleanliness and customer service.
