I placed a mobile order and the staff brought my tray of food which was really nice. This was the first time I saw what I am guessing was a regional manager or maybe a lead on site. He was actively helping his team and going around asking customers if they were okay. That is the first time I have ever seen that at McDonald's. Wow this is real customer service. I ordered the six dollar meal deal with the burger and fries and everything tasted exactly how it should fresh and good. Stopped in here a couple days because the kid wanted McDonald's. I ordered through the mobile app. I got a quarter pounder with cheese and the kid got a 10 piece chicken McNugget. We shared some fries and we both got a medium drink. The place was clean looking. Most of the employees were younger kids. They were loud and playing around. The older people were in the back cooking, actually working. We got our order and everything we ordered was correct. The good thing was, for the first time, unless I was just hungry. The quarter pounder was actually really good. Probably the best quarter pounder I've had from any McDonald's. It was juicy and fresh tasting. I've been to this McDonald's plenty of times before it was renovated. And today was my second time after it's been renovated. Before when you would order a meal it would take forever now that it's been renovated that is still the same thing. I came in at 1 PM I was waiting in line for about seven minutes with no one in front of me waiting to be helped. After I got home my order still took a while. They have about seven or eight tables that are for four people each and one big table in the middle with a whole bunch of little bench/couches. There is sadly no soda machine. If you get a drink make sure to get a large because you'll have trouble getting a refill. read more

Terrible terrible terrible service, let's begin with how they told me what the breakfast hours were, however, when I get there they lied about the breakfast hours and I was on a lunch break so i obviously don't have all day. the worst thing that happened was I ordered a sprite that was NOT on my receipt (terrible customer service listening skills) then when I did get my "sprite" there was a dark liquid around the rim as if they just gave me a dirty cup and lid. I went to this McDonald's today 2/10/22, 4:38 pm . It was the worst experience I ever had. I ordered 60 nuggets, 2 drinks one of them being a diet coke. The other fruit punch. I asked the drive thru employee. If she could fill the fruit punch all the way she tried to hand me a partial filled cup. She over fills the cup to the point it was dripping all over the place hands it to me dripping. No napkins and shrugged her shoulders. Then she hands me another person's food . And after receiving my order after parking. I still had a Dr pepper. By then I just tossed the drinks into garbage. Now I have to clean my car there's fruit punch everywhere. Horrible service. Spent 15 minutes at curbside waiting and manager came out said they didnt get my order. Showed her my receipt on my email of payment and she said that receipt doesnt matter. I have to request a refund through the mobile order app and go through drive thru and repay. Horrible customer service. I provided receipt she should have given me my order.
