Horrible service. I do not know what has happened in this location but the quality or service has decreased as the years go by. I used to go almost every weekend, then it was once a month, then it was once in a blue moon, but after today it will be never. Forgetting items of my order, not giving me a receipt, not taking app coupons and shrugging your shoulders like oh well can't do nothing about it, having an attitude with a customer are a few of the reasons I won't be back. Naturally, being a good co-worker, I help him look for the lying son of a bitch who took his lunch and after 20 or so minutes of searching I say to Jack, "hey, bro. I'm sorry someone took your lunch. We talked about EVERYTHING on this shared lunch break; Jack told me about his plans to start a family, his hopes for the future and his ultimate dream of competing on American Idol. Super confused why this place isn't rated higher. I'm not sure I've ever reviewed a fast food place, but I felt compelled to review this location! I came by for a late lunch and had the Pollo Bowl combo with chips and a fountain drink for $5. The chicken was excellently cooked and seasoned, a hefty portion for the $5 price tag and it was a nice amount of rice and beans (but not too much as filler). The toppings were fresh and delicious. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food for the price, let alone the visible quality of ingredients. The service was fast and polite. I think my cashier was new and was being guided by the manager in a kind and unobtrusive way. My food was ready in about 2 minutes, barely enough time to get my 37 salsas from the condiment bar. EPL is a great option for "fast food" because you aren't incredibly limited on options if you're trying to be healthy or just not hate yourself afterward. It's not one of those places where you can only get a dressing-less salad to stay under 600 calories... you actually have options here. They definitely seem to be shifting to cater toward lifestyle diets like keto and paleo, which I don't follow, but it's helpful for those who are. read more

Not bad. It's just crowded when I went here at the Drive Thru. It was one of those nights when I was done with school at 9:00pm. I didnt have dinner and I needed something to eat. I ordered one of the Chicken Quesadillas. I enjoyed it but the wait at the drive thru was ridicules. I think I was there for at least 20 minutes. I have no idea what was going on. I couldnt run away because there were already cars right behind me. I have to say though that the food I ordered was actually good.
