I must admit, I was a little shocked seeing the other reviews, but to be perfectly honest, this Wendy's is the one that got me eating at Wendy's after decades of avoiding them. Before talking about service, I feel it's also appropriate to discuss how I am as a customer. I'm very ADHD so I forget things, I custom order stuff, I sometimes ask for things not on the menu, I have even changed an online order when the options I wanted were not there. I am always respectful though and I do apologize for the trouble when I ask for things and I do ask politely. This Wendy's has not only always been accommodating, they have gone above and beyond. Maybe it's my approach or my personality, but the staff here has always been polite and generally kind to me. I've gone to other Wendy's since I started eating here again, it's not universal. I think my worst experience was some confusion that came when I was trying to modify an order I placed online and they mistakenly thought I wanted a different one. They offered to change it, but they handled it so respectfully that I just ended up buying the extra one, since after all, I was the one asking them for something that didn't exist AND ordered it online for the deal, so it's not like I was making their job easier. The food here had been consistently good for me, but honestly, it's the service that earned them five stars, because it's that much better than the standard in the industry. When you go to a 'certain big brand competitor' and they charge you for a Sweet & Sour sauce when you ask for one, making you swipe a .15 cent debit transaction, you notice when a place has been kind enough to just give it to you when you remembered when they could have charged you. I'm not wealthy and I'm an app user, always maximizing the best deals I can get, and even when I feel like an extreme couponer going through the drive through multiple times, they have been kind and respectful to me every time. I've had cashiers politely ask me conversational questions in the lobby, even once gave me a drink waiting for my food. Fast food has gotten expensive, but many places still treat your drive through orders like it's .29 cent hamburger day. While I don't expect it, I notice when places are genuinely kind and exercise compassion with their customers. I know I might not always be the easiest customer, but so many of the people who work here recognize me, say hi to me, and have been kind to me that I believe they deserve recognition for their efforts. Even when I have no idea what I want and don't know the menu well, I never feel rushed and I'm pretty sure a my orders haveb ended up correct. This has become my new favorite fast food place, so thank you for the kindness and the great food. read more

On my most recent visit, I ordered a simple meal and ended up dealing with food that didn't sit right at all. Shortly after eating, I got sick, which honestly was the last straw for me. Whether it was improper handling or just lack of attention in the kitchen, it's completely unacceptable for a major fast-food chain. Beyond that one experience, the general decline in service and food quality is noticeable. Orders are frequently wrong, staff seem overwhelmed, and cleanliness doesn't feel like a priority anymore. The chicken sandwich was the size of a slider. The bun was tough and old. The lettuce was hard chunks from the stalk part. The bun on the double stack was even worse, I had to rip off chunks and eat the burger patty. The fries were tolerable. However, the worst thing was that the food made me sick. I've been in bed with intestinal problems since eating food from this Wendy's yesterday (and it was the only food I ate yesterday). I'm going through Imodium and Pepto Bismol and staying close to the bathroom. I'll never eat from this store again. read more

Best Beloved and I get lunch here regularly, but lately the staff seems to be failing. First it was just little things like not paying attention when we ask for extra sour cream for the baked potato through the online app, or ask for no sauce for the chicken nuggets. Today took the cake. I ordered the Asiago chicken club. I had asked for it not to have any lettuce or tomato, and lite dressing. It arrived with yellow cheese, heavy ranch. The freshness and taste of the Wendy's brand is carrying this review and preventing a single star review. Today's service wasn't horrible either. Wasn't great, but I give a cushion for fast food service. Not an easy job. Today was national cheeseburger day. Free Jr. Bacon cheeseburger if you buy something. Or, $0.01 if you're gullible enough to install their app on your phone (nope). No line in store. Drive thru was empty when I arrived 5:15 on a Monday, and had just 2-4 cars when I left. Easy enough access parking lot with lots of parking at the lot next to it. But, I can't give my money to fast food joints any longer unless they have a decent coupon. The tomato slice, paper thin. Maybe 1/8" thick. Eff you, Wendy's. Lettuce, same thing, one sliver of a leaf. Cheese and beef patty, barely thicker than the tomato slice and about the same size. The bun? Dwarfed the contents. LOL! I'm fed up with greed and the bullcrap shrinkage of food items. I'm not patronizing another fast food joint like this. A normal size chicken sandwich combo should cost $6-9. Nope, $12+. I'm putting my foot down, fast food nation. Talk to the hand. It seems many others feel the same way. Otherwise, the restaurant and drive thru would be seeing more activity. Good luck! read more

The staff was so sweet and seemed genuinely nice and friendly. They provided fast service and even asked if I wanted Ketchup (a lot of places don't anymore). I didn't need any cuz I was eating at home and I had some but I found it nice and they even included extra salt packets without me asking. Visited here for lunch with my husband one day. They must have been training some new people because my husband and I stood at the cashier for more than 15 minutes waiting to order. The lady who was training the individuals was a rockstar but obviously had her hands full trying to fulfill orders (in person and drive thru, fixing orders, and training the new people). Has its own parking lot. A line of five or six cars in the drive-thru after the lunch hour on a weekday. They currently have no lettuce, presumably due to the national shortage. I'm not sure why they gave me so many packets of hot chili seasoning unprompted but were so stingy with napkins. I asked for the Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich since they were promoting it on the menu, but they didn't have it yet. Why put it on the menu if you can't serve it yet? I ordered the classic chicken sandwich instead, but the staff must have input the wrong item because I was charged and given the Asiago ranch classic chicken sandwich. The chicken was dry. The one small, sad slice of tomato helped a little. The employee asked me if I wanted onions and cheese for my chili; I said no, but they still charged me and added in it anyways. The container felt hot, but the chili was lukewarm. There was a random loose saltine cracker in the bag. They have some good deals, like the biggie bag for $5 or the 4 for $4. Not overly close to me and not the most traffic easy location, so do very rarely go here as a result. Nothing against Wendy's as certainly have been a past patron. Drive in to the Wendy's and get out to go in. Door is looked with sign saying they are not doing inside serving. Never seen that before at any place. Never ever. And a pain too as was hopeful of getting some work done at a table inside. So go out of the lot and over to the drive thru entrance. Place my order and when asked about soft drink flavor I wanted with the meal, told them. Was told they were out of that flavor and needed to pick another. Really surprising on that one too as pick what I would bet is their best selling flavor. Guess not and another disappointment. Went with the chicken sandwich which you see being pushed all the time in their ad. Ordered without pickles, but guess what, got a three pickle bonus in the sandwich. Easy enough to pick off, you just should not have to. Fries OK, but a little bland for me. Chicken sandwich OK I guess, but would highly recommend a trip to Popeye's for a way better sandwich (at probably equal to or less cost). Overall lunch was both frustrating and disappointing and tough to see me returning. read more

Two stars because my order was correct (because I caught them handing me the wrong one first) and the food was more or less what I expected. Everything else was a pretty poor experience, though. I ordered my dinner ahead on the app for pick up inside. I saw a long drive thru line and figured it made sense to skip it. I guess the reason it was so long was because they weren't open on the inside, despite the app letting me order for pick up inside and the lobby hours being until 10 PM on the sign on their door. Welp, I already paid, so looks like I'm waiting in the drive thru line, too. Drive thru took about a half hour to get through. It's not a very long drive thru so there were maybe 5-6 cars ahead of me. Not sure why it took that long. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me a kids apple juice, which was not in my order. After letting her know, I got the right order. 30 mins later and it was fine, but I'll be honest, I wouldn't have ever chosen to wait the 30 mins for this meal. Cheeseburger was just fine. The price of the soda was almost 4x as much as what you could get at another fast food place. The mark up certainly isn't for the service. There's an area on their app to leave feedback for your order. You need to have a physical receipt with a store number to leave feedback. Convenient that this store has opted to not open inside, so no one can use their receipts to leave feedback. Not terrible food, but there's honestly no reason why the wait should have been that long or why the lobby should have been closed. This is the closest Wendy's to me, but I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. Driving a few more miles will take less time than waiting in a drive thru I didn't even order from. read more

Oh my goodness. Can you give less than one star? I have never met such rude and ridiculous workers in my life. We pre-ordered our baked potatoes so that we could just go thru drive through in our pjs and get our food. We wait in a LONG drive thru line just to be told when we get to the window that they have substituted our baked potatoes for French fries. I'm sorry but French fries ARE NOT the same as baked potatoes! Then we when asked for our money back, they refused! She said that since we ordered ahead, we couldn't get a refund. 8/21/22 at 4:20 pm. So irritating, the lady charged me a different price. I accepted it at first but then realized I'm not paying $1.30 more just because they got my order wrong. I corrected my order and she said the correct price. I gave her a $10 bill because that's all I had, she gave me some change and said hold on, then gave me my food. I asked where's my change, I gave you a $10 bill.. she said No, you gave me a $5 and a $1. I said No, and she gave me the $4 without question. I don't understand why customer service has gotten so bad. What happened to good work ethics and being proud of your job. I love this Wendy's location! The staff is very friendly and cares about their patrons! I had one incident where a homeless person walked up to my car when i arrived at the restaurant and followed me to the door. When i told the cashier about it, she sent an employee out to get him to go away! I felt so much safer having this done! The 2nd visit was with my order, i had been loving the $3 bacon, egg & potatoes deal and went to Oder thru drive thru and was told the offer was no longer valid. When i got to the window and told the cashier that i just saw it advertised 2 days ago, he told me it expired 1 day ago.
