The review is for the owner: Sir, as a restaurant/business owner you need to provide the appropriate staffing so not only your customers are helped quickly and efficiently but also so your employees are happy at their job. I came in a at dinner time (rush hour), the line was out the door. Not only did they seemed frustrated but also unhappy since what I overheard is that people just don't show up because they're over worked. I waited 30 min before I was able to reach the attendant and of close since she was rushed my sandwich was not done to my liking. I don't blame the worker but the owner. I went to this subway with some friends and literally had the hardest time. I tried to get my usual sandwich and the girl had told me I cannot substitute my meats in the sandwich. (Never been told that before). I told her that I usually just pay an up charge and I've never had an issue with this before. She just continued with her nasty attitude. Conveniently she told me that they just let her know yesterday as well. She asks her coworker in Spanish , " are we allowed to substitute the meats" and she said "definitely not". So I gave up. As she was making my sandwich she kept staring down my friend with the ugliest look that was waiting for us cause he had completed his order. I just went there a couple days ago but I just have to say the knife was disgusting. I asked for Mayo and she put ALOT on my sub, spread it around with the knife that was already gross with mustard on the inner edge( btw I didn't get mustard) and she proceeded to cut my sandwich in half with the same knife. They gave me old guacamole. The wrong chips. The whole order was a disaster. I order at 12:14 8/10/2020. I got off work went home to shower relax and order Uber eats. Didn't want to go anywhere I was tired and need to relax a little. First off they take forever to make the order. Once it arrived here the bag wasn't even closed right. The person doesn't know how to use stickers. Next I opened my sandwich and automatically see something dark I was like what is that? Burnt bacon. Next the topping weren't even spread properly the put chipotle on one side. It also had little mayo. I like mayo and I was grossed out. The bread wasn't even toasted. Wrong bread on top of that. No black pepper or green pepper. You call that putting lettuce? It was a pinch of lettuce I mean it a pinch. Overall my experience was horrific. Wouldn't even give my sandwich to a poor homeless person I'd feel bad because they'd get sick. Who ever made my sandwich need to answer the phone as well. I called because I was going to ask how he/she could do something like this to a paying customer. I still lost money due to delivery fee and it wasn't even the drives fault (unless he is the reason why my sandwich bag was open) it was the sandwich "artist " fault. Ruined my night. Irma is a total BADASS! I placed an online order to cut back on time since I was picking up food for my family from a couple of different places. I got an estimate time of 20 minutes, but I showed up in 25 minutes instead. An older lady and gentleman were tending the front so I came in showed them my email receipt but they said they never got an order and couldn't tend me. I again showed them my receipt telling them I paid for it. They both turned away and said they couldn't help me if no order had printed out of the POS. I even offered to show them my bank statement but they weren't having it. I was getting a bit frustrated but then came out a girl, she said her name is Irma (I asked because of the great service she had given me). She came out like a total badass, looked at both her colleagues and said "It's ok, I got it". They tried telling her I wanted an order but didn't have a receipt printed out. She then said "I got it, the order is right here" she asked for my name to ensure she had the correct order and on she went and made my sandwiches like the badass employee she showed to be even asking if I wanted cheese (I forgot to put cheese on my order). 3 stars only service Irma gave me. I haven managed a couple of restaurants in they past and she is definitely someone I would like in my team all day everyday. I've gone to this restaurant for many years and well, I've never had much of a problem. The orders have been executed well. The bread is usually fresh. There's always veggies, meats, soup, drinks, etc whenever we come to this location. Everything's well but lately I have been noticing this and that is why I'm making this review. You see, there's this one lady who works here at the Subway who just needs to chill. I remember around the time she started working here that she was chill. She wasn't that bad. Always had a good mood and everything. But I think that after quarantine and the mess that 2020 brought, she just changed. Now, I don't remember her name at all but hopefully folks know who I am talking about. Whenever I ask her for something to add to my sandwich, she just gets mad at me. I ask for an ingredient, I ask for a combo, I ask for sauce, or whatever I ask for, she ALWAYS gives me a bad attitude. Most of the time she rolls her eyes at me and groans. There's been times when she aggressively cuts the sub in half and at times, she even taps her foot impatiently when I list off vegetables. Not only that but she also mad dogs me when I'm in the restaurant. The latter I am not sure as to why though. But whenever I'm talking with another worker or she's assisting someone else, I catch her mad dogging me. At this point, I'm not sure if there's something I did to her to deserve this. I don't know what is it but it seems she's holding some sort of grudge on me. I doubt it has something to do with me exclusively since it seems everybody else has had some bad experiences with her. At least from what I've read here. But anyways, whatever her problem is, she needs to calm down. She needs to learn to be patient, smile a bit more, and be more kind to people. Now, if she can't do that, either the manager should fire her or she should quit and get herself a job where she can be much more happier. This is a good Subway with great people making your sandwich. The employees are always friendly. The downside will always be the parking lot. It's cramped and terrible, with a Starbucks and Panda Express, both with drive-thrus that have no business being in such a cramped little lot. And be careful of sailors in uniform since it's so close to the naval base; they are often placing orders for several people. So while you may think you're next in line, he's looking at a list trying to organize six sandwiches for his shipmates. Aside from that, I've still come back to this location many times because of the quality of the food and professionalism of the staff. read more

My husband and I really like this subway its right by our house & We've always gotten great customer service but this time it was very DIFFERENT. We decided to go eat at this location today and the employee that took our order was very RUDE (her name is Maria), she didn't greet us or welcomed us at all , it was just very ackward and we didn't feel happy at all with the customer service she provided us.
