What made the experience even more frustrating was our interaction with the manager. Rather than seeming concerned about our experience, the manager appeared to discourage us from completing the customer survey. We completed it anyway, only to discover that there was no place to provide written comments about what actually happened. That makes it difficult to feel as though meaningful customer feedback is genuinely being solicited. Dominic would benefit from additional customer-service training, and I believe corporate or district management should take a closer look at the overall operation of this location. Between repeated order accuracy issues, beverage quality problems, and poor customer service, this location risks losing repeat customers.
