if I could give zero stars I would. I got off with my two year old and three month old to grab dinner and got turned away at the door at 830pm because the employee was mopping. it wasnt until I took a picture of him mopping and the stores hours to send to corporate that he comes to my car (after loading my kids back up) and says oh you have kids, come it's no problem. oh no it is because u saw my kids at the door, you just wanted to save yourself from being reported for turning away a customer with two kids.

Subway is Subway. You get a decent meal for a decent price. I'm not sure which employee everyone is complaining about, but the sandwich artist that helped us was kind, attentive, and affable! Guess we got lucky on this day! I tried the Chipotle Southwest Cheesesteak for the first time. It was pretty good! Clearly, I love vegetables, which is why my sandwich is always jam-packed with every veggie that is offered. I don't ever intentionally seek Subway, which is why it doesn't elicit a higher star rating from me. I only go when others want it. I will say that my partner rates her Veggie Patty Sub 4/5 every time.

The sandwiches me and my boyfriend ate were good but the way the worker treated us was terrible based off of the attitude she gave us.

They were having a grand opening under new ownership and a table set up to Spin the wheel and get a small price which was cute for kids.

Heard rave reviews so we had to stop by when in San Jose! Came on a weekday afternoon and boy there was a line but we were determined. It moved quickly so it was about 5 mins to order and another 20 mins for our order. There was a lot of people waiting out front (pickup is by the pickup window), which can be confusing and crowded. It was all worth it! We all got the banh mi dac biet (cold cut) and I split a large with my sister, which was super filling and nicely priced! Firstly I was a big fan of the baguette bread, I like the texture and how it's crunchy. The cold cuts were thickly cut and they were generous with the amount. It was so thick I couldn't open my mouth wide enough to bite it all at once lol. There was also a good amount of veggies (do chua, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeños) and I thought the amount of pate was perfect as well! All in all, super delicious, would recommend and I would definitely go out of my way to come back here if I get the chance!

However, it moves fairly quick, as there's usually multiple cashiers taking orders. The longest wait is actually waiting for your completed order. They're mostly famous for their banh mis, and sells them in two sizes, small and large. The small is convenient for people who can't finish a whole large by themselves. They also do sell a lot of other things in there, like nem, gio, xoi, etc. It's hard to go in there and not come out with a lot of things.

I cut it at home and check out the cross section photo. So much meat! I only wish they put a little more pickled veggies for a better ratio but I'm just being nitpicky. I actually like it better next day. I got my sandwich within 2-3 minutes upon ordering. It wasn't busy around 5p on a weekday. I mentioned earlier how I love the seating area. I got mine Togo this time along with Vietnamese pork chops from their table of ready to eat meals. For about $10, I was able to get just pork chops only since I have rice and egg at home. I pan fried the meat a little longer at home for a more charred flavor.

Their bánh mì is just as good and affordable for under $10. They also offer a good variety of Vietnamese dishes, grab-and-go snacks, and even a BBQ meats section with Chinese food like Peking duck. You get a lot out of this if you are craving some quick Vietnamese snacks. I'd be a wary with the grab-and-go desserts. There was no sticker stating the expiration date. The bánh tằm (cassava silkworm dessert) I bought tasted sour and rancid. I had to throw it out! However, their chè selection was better and I haven't had any issues with it. I would come back here for their sandwiches! It's truly a hidden gem that holds a place in my heart.

Young man at the counter (who's name was not on the receipt) but was logged in as "Alice G" was super nice. Extremely fast and pretty efficient service. Dang, I forgot how HUGE these sandwiches are. I bought 5 for friends and not one of us finished. Guess we should have "split sandwiches". All 4 seemed to love their sandwiches, I had mixed feelings about mine "The Hunter Pence" which I requested clearly on Whole Wheat and dang it, it was on one of those Dutch Crunch Rolls which are very hard to eat "for me". It was a really "wet bun, sloppy" kind of sandwich, which made it a wee bit disgusting to eat. I "deconstructed" the rest of the sandwiches ingredients the next day into a whole other sandwich. Weird stringy fatty bacon though, which I ended up tossing. Lesson learned "for me" stick to a basic sandwich, nothing fancy and pray it really is on whole wheat bread. They are pricey - but - it's really 2 sandwich's in one unless the person is super hungry.

I had 2-3 bites and picked the rest of the protein out because I wasn't really that hungry. That was a mistake! Even after I passed it all out i was still sick feeling for a few days trying to recover. All I had to eat that day was this sandwich and burped up the taste of it the whole time. Never again!

I was quite lost initially because I wanted to order everything. The lady that helped me was so kind and patient. At first I was going to take it home, but changed my mind after I realized I did not want to heat it up. I ordered their special of the day: mi heo quay va xa xiu (egg noddle soup w/ BBQ and roast pork) and a side of Chinese donut stick. It was heaven. I also ordered eggrolls (2 per order) to-go. The lady managing the kitchen apologized for the wait and told me that the eggrolls aren't crispy yet but I told her it was ok. I did not mind non-crispy eggrolls. I cannot wait to come back. The seasoning on the pork reminds me of how they tasted back then. Very savory almost to the point of too much sodium but saved the scent of 5 spice. Nowadays roasted pork is very bland cause people just care about the crispy skin. Wonton noodle is ok. Good but nothing special. For pork alone 4/5. I don't recommend it to people who are not big to flavors
