We get subway from this place quite often. Usually just an easy pick up and no problems. Today was daylight savings day. Our pick up time was 530pm and they said on their end it was 630pm. They would not make the sandwiches. We couldn't get a refund or cancel the order. They told us to come back later instead, which is so unreasonable. Decided to go elsewhere for dinner and wait there instead. Unfortunately we will never use this establishment again. read more

I will never eat at another subway, specifically because of this location. I placed an order and paid through the app with a coupon. This location called me and said that they would not honor the coupon. I was asked to choose a different sandwich, which I did not want. I asked for a refund and was told they would not refund me, that I needed to contact corporate. I sent several emails with no replies. I never got my money back or the sandwiches i ordered. Go ANYWHERE else. Didn't have any bread choice other than the one I hate. The chicken looked undercooked, the bacon looked like the precooked boxed crap I wouldn't give my dog. I work with customers at a restaurant all day long and how they treated me was no way to treat a customer. They were so rude and seemed impatient when I was asking some questions. They didn't seem to understand me. My order came out nothing like I ordered, I went back and nicely asked them why my order came out wrong and they got in my face pointed at me and raised their voices at me saying I wasn't specific enough when they couldn't even understand me in the first place. Had a perfectly pleasant experience today at Subway in Selma. From past experiences I know that this location gets super busy right at 12pm so I did an online order at about 11:45 pm and the pick up ready time was 12:05. I arrived a little after 12 and there were about 5 people in line, 2-3 sandwiches being made, and 5 people sitting at the few tables they have there---so full lunch rush. I went up to the "Express Pick up" sign which is at the only register and did have to wait about 1 minute while one of the staff finished what they were doing. There were 3 people working and all were busy. As soon as one of them had a free moment she asked me if I had a pickup order, I gave her my name she had me sign my receipt and gave me my toasty warm sandwich. Very fast! Very friendly service. My sandwich was made exactly how I specified, less veggies, toasted, added cheese, and it tasted great! Although I didn't sit inside or order my sandwich inside, I still wanted to leave a review because it is a bummer to see a long time Subway location have such low stars in my hometown! I have never had a bad eat in, to go, and now ordering online experience here. It is always clean and well maintained especially for a location that has been here for over 15 years at least! Again another bad experience. The employees are way too rude even to kids that order their favorite sandwich, that bothered me. They don't really care about the customer coming back. Today I saw a lot of people taking a bunch of coupons they received in the mail incluiding myself and the employees just grinned cause of that. I don't recommend this place if you don't like to see bad faces from the employees, they hire the same kind of people and totally suck cause they train them to serve the sandwiches poorly on the veggies. Worst Subway I have ever gone to just yet! And it's mainly due to the service here. I agree with what the other Yelpers say, the girls here treat you as if you are bothering them and wasting their precious time to make a sandwich. I have not seen one friendly worker here. They have all this nasty attitude like they really don't want to help. As far as the food goes, bread is stale, and vegetables lack color. I have always asked for extra bell peppers and still the girl puts maybe four strands of bell peppers. And the meat? Well let's just say they act as if it's coming out of their paycheck. I should've looked at the reviews for this place before coming in. I ordered the new melt but in reality it's just a overly toasted semi burned up piece of bread. It is not made on a flat grill but as mentioned, overly toasted. False advertising, subway corporate should know. One of the few subways that is stingy with their veggies. The bread didn't taste as fresh as others, maybe due to burnt status. Avoid this location at all costs, the gas station has better sandwiches. read more

The service here is just terrible. The girls that work there give you so much attitude and at times when you order a sandwich they dont include the ingredients you clearly ask for. They take forever to make the sandwich and they take breaks to gossip among one another in the middle of service. And may I add they're gossiping is in another language!! They all speak Punjabi because they expect no one to know what they're saying but a visit with a friend of mine who speaks Punjabi confirmed my suspicion. They only spoke Punjabi in front of my friend because she looks more mexican than Indian, but she confirmed that they do talk trash about the customers. Hands down the worst SUBWAY EVER! The employees are rude. Not one of them ever cracked a smile or asked how I was doing. The employees consistently act as if it is their first day. It took about 7 minutes for them to prepare themselves to make a chicken salad. The first girl walked to the back of the store to get the bowl and chopper and spend about 4 min away from the counter as I am just standing there. I had no clue why she walked away until she returned. She never asked me first if I want my salad chopped. I hate chopped salad. So as the salad is getting ready to be made someone else takes over and I have to tell her all over again what I am purchasing. Stingy with toppings and lettuce for that matter. IT'S A SALAD! I am paying almost $10 for a salad and you can't put more than 2 cucumbers on it or fill the entire bottom with lettuce? I will be writing to SUBWAY corporate. read more

Avoid this Subway! A worker tried to use a dirty bowl to mix my chopped salad. When I asked for a clean bowl the worker became annoyed. After getting a "clean" bowl from the back, the worker continued to make my salad. I stayed there to eat. I took the kid off my salad and took a big bite that I had to spit out. It tasted like a chemical. The salad smelled strongly like one sort of cleaning agent with bleach. When I went up to share my concern, the worker became agitated and said it was a clean bowl. The reason I gave it a 4 star is because the Mexican employee, Gaby, working there isn't there every time I go in. She is always making me feel very comfortable and always has a smile on her face. She's always so alert on what I'm asking and she makes THE BEST sandwiches in town! I wish everyone's customer service was like hers. I'll wait in line an extra 5 minutes so she can make my sandwich if she's there. All the other girls are very serious and rude without a care. This restaurant has the slowest service, it took us(a group of 3) about 10 minutes for a footlong and a 6 inch. Also they stop what they are doing and socialize for a bit holding up the line.
