Service was great. Was able to order in a couple of minutes, the dining area was clean and newly decorated. My sandwich was good as always.

I usually don't really love or hate subway- it's just meh. This location always irritates me though with the pricing. They never honor coupons or participate in BOGO deals, which would be fine if my sandwich, which costs $8.99 in Louisville, wasn't $12 at this location. Why such a huge price difference? It shouldn't cost $30 for two adults and a child to purchase mediocre sandwiches with the occasional hair in them. Online ordering is fairly simple and easy, and my sandwich is always correct but not great, but staff is standoffish and kind of rude. read more

Super clean- it looked brand new and the workers were really kind and the food tasted really good and wasn't skimpy on the toppings.

I and my family have been here many times over the last few months. The staff are very friendly and they do not skimp on the toppings. If you are going for lunch, I recommend the Footlong sandwiches. Eat one half for dinner and the other half for supper. Well worth it. read more

This subway really knows how to build a good sandwich. Some sandwich shops hold back on the quantity of fillings in the sandwich when you ask for the works. The owners of this shop definitely have learned the art of how to pile it all in. If you get a dressing added they put it on before they top it with the shredded lettuce. I placed an order online then called the store to add just meatballs to the order.  They answered rudely, literally yelling at me saying they were busy and seemed to be hanging up. I said I'm sorry but I need to adjust my online order and she said fine and appeared the throw the phone down so I could hear their conversation but wasn't talking to me. She then picked back up the phone and I told her I just needed 4 meatballs for my toddler, she said what do you want me to put them in and rudely said they were out of soup bowls. I asked about a salad bowl and she said those were all accounted for. I've never had this issue before ordering this and suggested putting them in a cup.  At the end of the phone call she said we are too busy and I have a line full of customers here-which was incredibly rude to me bc she could have not answered the phone rather than been rude if she was that overwhelmed AND she was so disrespectful to a customer over the phone with a restaurant full of other customers. When we got the order home, one sandwich wasn't even close to what I ordered-missing some ingredients and extremely scarce on the steak (I have pics of the food and receipts). They also charged me the full $5.50 for the 4 meatballs which I didn't mind paying but when picking up the order (I paid for everything else online) they screamed make sure you charge them the full $5.50 for the meatballs in front of other customers.   When I called to get the names of the employees they were again rude and dismissive. Finally Nikki (sp?) said she took my call and she was the manager and Tiana (sp?) also assisted with the order. I asked who owns the store and she wouldn't give me the name for a while until I pressed and she said "Andy" but no other information and then I asked for their store number and she said it's on your receipt, you can find it there. It was very rude when the One employee yells to the other employee "make sure you charge him the $5.50 for the meatballs" when the other customers in the store. The whole experience was unacceptable. The subway in shelbyville on Howard drive use to be my go to place for lunch but that ended today. The two new ladies that have been working during lunch hours are so rude!!! Management should really consider hiring some people who aren't so miserable and show it everyday!! read more

Stopped by at 7:50...online says they close at 9. They waited until we got out of our car then turned their lights off and laughed at us. Not even joking. The most pathetic workers. Every time we've been in there before they were always very rude as well. read more

I'm from out of town. Saw the familiar subway sign and went here knowing a can get a sandwich that is always good. I was wrong. Bread was old and stale. Cheese was crusty from being left out. And the food just did not look appetizing. read more

I hate I even had to give them a star - because they don't deserve it!! I ordered two chopped chicken salads and the man hardly put any lettuce or anything in our bowls. It definitely wasn't worth $7.50 - subways like this give Subway a bad name!! And I will not be back!!! read more
