This comment was unnecessary, offensive, and shocking to hear from someone representing a business. This was clearly poor customer service and a terrible reflection of this establishment. If you ever visit this McDonald's and are served by a young woman with multiple facial piercings, be prepared for disrespect and ignorance. Because of this incident, I canceled my order. I have never witnessed someone treat a customer so badly. I will not be returning to this location. .

I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back.
