I haven't tried the smoothies or juices here yet, but I can say without a doubt - Berry Bowl has the most reasonably priced açaí bowls for the portions they offer. High-quality, fresh ingredients and super quick customer service. I felt bad coming in for the first time because I came about half an hour before closing, they still welcomed me into the shop graciously and provided stellar & lightning fast customer service. Normally very fast service. They now have an older lady who's so so slow. Taken her over 20 mins to make 2 bowls that should already of been ready. As I put the order in 30 mins before I even arrived at the place lol. You need to get the younger servers back!!! She looked so stressed and the place was empty. A friend recommended this place to me and it was delicious and refreshing! I chose the smallest size but it was still a good amount to fill you up. They had lots of toppings to choose from and their almond butter was very good. Staff were also friendly and quick. The bowl itself was very fresh and perfect on a warm day. Delicious Acai bowl; will try the smoothies and shots another time; parking can be a hassle due to it being in a small, packed parking lot along with a Trader Joe's; it's the only non-metered parking area within the entire square. It gets busy quickly even on weekdays. Reasonably priced and generous portions; the service was cool and personsable. They have some decent add ons like cashew butter and chocolate PB granola (NOM!) definitely will be back since it's local and next to a Trader Joe's in case I need to get some shopping done! read more

Disappointed :( This place caught my eye because of its similarity to Blue Bowl or Berry Brand. First, the fruit didn't look the freshest. I was going to get blueberries but a lot of them looked crushed and mashed in the container. As for the bowl, it was unenjoyable to eat. The matcha base was extremely watery and didn't taste of matcha. The main issue was there were large chunks of ice in the bowl! The chia pudding was icy, as well as some of the acai base. (Shown in picture) This never happens at other acai places. I didn't even want to eat my acai bowl. I will stick to my usual acai places. read more

I got a small ube base bowl with chia, strawberries, bananas, bee pollen, chocolate PB granola and almond butter (which was a great combo!!). There are plenty of options and toppings. I mean if you don't start your day off with a wellness shot you already started on the wrong side of your day. Grab you one of those then order a açaí tropical bowl. Regular is more than enough. Unlimited toppings. Go with granola on the bottom then add the açaí. Top it with your favorites and enjoy. For an added bonus..... if Tiffany is here (most likely she is because she is the workhorse of Berry Bowl) you would not be let down on the craftsmanship she takes to making the bowl or smoothie. I am going to be generous with the stars here based on the two visits I've made and the fact that I did enjoy the smoothies I ordered. One thing that has struck me both times however, was how the employees (young women both times) don't smile, don't greet customers in a friendly way, and seem sort of zombie-like in their job performance for the most part. I understand they can get busy (my first time they weren't) but they definitely need to create a better, friendlier atmosphere in the store. I just don't understand why franchise managers tolerate these young people not greeting customers when they walk in. I guess I am just out of step with how these younger people approach their jobs? read more

Hispanic owned business that makes ice cream like açaí bowls that are the absolute best thing ever after a long walk by the beach. I can't say enough great things about the place. Yall what on earth. First off, where is the logic in charging customers before making their açaí bowls? What if they want extra toppings? Makes zero sense. And just creates a situation of hostility, as the workers seemed to be upset with ME for wanting extra toppings (which I said I'd pay for and gladly did). Second of all, as you see in the photo sis really said "oh you want PB and Nutella? Here you go" this açaí bowl was the most difficult açaí bowl I've ever had to eat in my life. A total disaster. Not to mention, a total disregard for food usage and costs to the business. Im sure this is not the standard. Once I raked through the ingredients of the bowl, it was good. Best juice and açaí place! My favorite juice would be their Love Shot, and the pitaya base açaí with some chia pudding and bee pollen. Not only are they fresh but it really gives a huge boost of energy to get through work. I was already having a bad day so I decided to go to Berry Bowl to cheer me up. Every time I've gone, the employees were very nice except for one of them today. When I walked in, we made eye contact, and I smiled at her, but she just looked away and didn't even smile or say welcome. This irked me because I work in food service as well and that's not how you treat a customer that walks in the store. The blonde girl took my order and she was very nice, but that other girl was making my bowl and after she finished putting the toppings in the bowl, she just put it on the table and walked away without saying anything. It didn't make my day any better especially after having a bad day today. I love this place and I just wish that she was a bit nicer. I don't appreciate people giving me attitude when I'm nice to them. read more

Was visiting from Denver. A friend recommended this place. Ordered a traditional Açaí bowl. I was not satisfied. The berries had a little bit of mold on them. I immediately took my bowl back to the counter. When I showed the man (appeared to be the owner) the moldy berries he apologized but not after rolling his eyes and angrily had another one made for me. The whole interaction was strange to say the least. I got these really bad vibes. I did tip the nice girl that initially made my bowl. I exited the building and threw the whole bowl away. Tried this for the first time today and I am obsessed. Had the tropical bowl and topped it with chia pudding, toasted quinoa, fresh fruit, and cashew butter - delish! The small was plenty large for me. Pro tip - heard the cashier telling the person after me that you can mix and match the different bases. They all sounded so good so will have to try that next time!
